I built a 450bm first because I wasn’t reloading yet and it wasn’t expensive to shoot. Built a few 458sc from dtt. There’s more projectile options for the 458. I’ve reloaded 694gr .458’s. I’d pick 458 for the win
I love my 450!! Actually any jacketed .451 or .452 bullets will work in it! I like 300 grain Hornady XTPs. I’d like to see video 3 with pistol caliber carbines at 50 yards. I have both a 9mm PCC as well as a .45acp PCC. I think the .45 would rule, but it would be fun to see!!
We have two different videos being planned and that is one of them, maybe we will make a third video because we were going to shoot at 100 yards so maybe we do both 50 and 100 could be interesting
Never was a fan of the short mags for the .450 so I never got them. I ended up going with Lancer mag not knowing it would run 10rds flawlessly with no mods no failure to feed. It could actually hold and cycle 12rds
