FINAL UPDATE: 2012 Suzuki King Quad LT-A400F L2 4x4asi No Start and/or Rough Idle PART 5

So this is the final update about what I did to get my atv back up and running. I try to explain what I did as best as possible.
I want to acknowledge the service department at C&C Powersports in Clarksville Indiana. It was one of their tech.s that advised me the rebuild kits usually will not work. He was so right!

I have a 2016 lt-400f and the sending unit in the tank has rusted to almost nothing. Always used non-ethanol. It only has 20 miles on it

My fuel pump looks exactly the same on my 2011.. it intermittently would not start.. then i noticed when u first turn key on the pump would just click and not actually pump... then I've learned if im tapping on fuel pump while turning key it will sometimes start... thinking about taking the pump apart to see if I can clean it out... really dont wanna spend 375 for whole new pump

You just open it and pull it out and stick the new one in

Can you tell me how to disconnect the fuel lines? That's where I'm getting stuck

I am having the same issue with mine . I bought a different rebuild kit worked good for a few months back to the same issue. I was wondering how the new factory pump assy is holding up on your quad ?
