I mean, as someone from Spain I was thankful Southgate is the England manager but as a football fan in general it is so frustating to see all this talent go to waste, I completely agree with what you said

Firstly congratulations, Spain were by far the best team in the tournament and deserved to win. But yes for us English it played out as we expected because he is not a winner

Agree on Southgate completely. He has no game plans, is tactically inept (and was when he was playing too). He’s brought some unity to the England set-up but he’s now holding us back and it’s painfully clear 😅😅

Not any more he isn't! But yes I think he seems a lovely guy wanting to do what's best but he proved in the final he hasn't got that winning mentality. Luck only gets you so far
