Close it tight then put it against ur chest and squeeze it hard. Does it let air out? If yes then I would say not waterproof and I would not trust it submerging it. I have the same one and I noticed that and don't trust it no more. Funny thing is that a different color (slicker one, like fog gray) doesn't have this issue. Ie fog gray one when u do that even press super hard it doesn't let any air out. Ie true air tight. I have both lol I trust the fog gray one a million times more. Why should I care? Imagine u have it on ur belt and you bend over to pick something up and etc ie squeezing it ie air let's out and water comes in.
