I should save this for the next Q&A but before I forget: how do you pack your peanut butter and jelly sandwich? In a zip lock bag, hard plastic container, aluminum foil, wax paper? Do you put PB on both slices of bread to protect them from the jelly? Change up the jelly flavor? Toast the bread?
Broke down and bought a Yeti Panga last year for trips to Alaska and Belize as a carry on . I looked at Patagonia , and Simms waterproof bags and they are all nice all priced very close to each other . At fist while looking I thought the Panga was going to be to big but once I had it I found out it’s not . The modular design is great for carrying water bottles , spare rods and as you did adding the sidekick . Normally I’m in my boat I have my boat bag with everything I need and just leave it there but when I go with other people in there boats the Panga is what I bring . I usually also throw in a spare set of dry clothes and a light jacket or raincoat depending on conditions . The one thing I did not expect was how durable the bag is mine has been through hell and back and still performing perfectly.
Thanks for sharing this! At first I was wondering about the size of bag, but then realized most of its camera gear.😂 I’m with you..it’s more about just being out there, than always catching. Have a great week Alvin! 👍✌️
I saw that front coming and did the same thing…only on Travis. Thought I had a stump until it started swimming off!! Damn my 12lb leader didn’t have the horsepower for whatever that beast was…
Good stuff Alvin. I always want to split the atom when I go fishing. Just having the basics gives you more time to fish! Thanks Alvin:) Oh NO... BANANAS??
I've watched your other video covering all the flies in your bass boxes, but I must have missed where gamechangers were discussed. I haven't tried them yet, but also never realized they might work for slow-paced winter fishing. What size do you use?Thanx.
That was actually my wife's box of Game Changers. The do work well this time of year. I like the fact that they have a lot of action even if you move them slow.
I'm ready to go!
how often do you lube your Panga zipper?
@@99xstream Maybe once a month??
Love the jams!

It’s all about having fun! Btw, I always have a notebook and Space Pen. Habit from fire service and a ever worsening memory. Cheers!

Do you think this bag will Work for someone that’s on saltwater every day??
Yes this is the go to bag for the guides in the Seychelles. Very salty water and they have a 9 month season.
