This is completely unedited and was never supposed to be posted. I see however tons of people being upset about the situation related to the virus, causing many events and trips to be postponed or plain cancelled. I'm hoping these few minutes will cheer people up. I had already posted a few videos on my Twitter a while ago but some parts I never did. It's mainly Skam France since I wasn't able to record most panels. Enjoy and take care ♥

Maxence's friendly, innocent confidence is so heartwarming. He's so unapologetically earnest and he says what he thinks genuinely despite his struggle with speaking in a foreign language. He's so comfortable and himself--he doesn't worry that he will bore people or confuse people. He just says what's inside honestly and consequently he's just so charming and authentic and charismatic and people actually give a shit about what he's trying to communicate amidst his pauses and broken English. Ugh. It's so uplifting and empowering! I want to have Maxence's confidence.

coming from a someone with a ton of multilingual family members that was really good English tbh, he definitely has a gr8 handle on it:) Seems quite fluent to me!
I want to have his level of confidence as well. I appreciate him at least trying to speak in English even though it's not his first language. It just goes to show the amount of work that actors put into speaking a language that isn't the one they grew up learning to speak.

@@Neophema why so critical? he speaks fluently and has a great pronunciation, he just doesn't use english as often as norwegian, so this gets in the way a little when it comes to expressing yourself

Maxence is one of those introvert people that don’t say much but when they talk you just have to pay attention to him because he is so captivating
I love that SKAM kind of evolved into David and Matteo’s story, changing the characters stories from the bipolar acceptance to transgender acceptance while still keeping the same message and making sure the message was clear.
I didn’t know I needed this. Maxence speaking English? Balm to my heart.
I just think it's adorable how hard they're trying to communicate in english, so that the people over there can Understand
The way Henrik looks at others has something magnetic to it because it shows that he has grande interest in what the other is saying and observes/ analyzes them and I think that’s beautiful.

I'm in love with Henrik, honestly ! He seems like such a down to earth and caring person. The way he just gives his full attention to people when they talk and doesn't interrupt them is very attractive to me 😂 And that stare omg, I'd just lose all focus if he looked at me like that haha

Henrik is staring a version of himself that is french lol. I miss Henrik and Tarjei now more than ever. I only saw them twice personally but that was way before and I haven't seen them since. I feel like most of skam og cast has an american accent when speaking english... How did they get rid of their accent...

I think it's just what Norwegians sound like when they talk English. French people have a very strong accent, but the way the Norwegian language is pronounced must just make it lean more towards the American sound when talking English
Also if you learn a language from an American teacher you tend to pronounce words in that way and adopt parts of the accent when speaking the language

I'm french but I learn English and listen to Maxence speaking English is sooo cool, it's quite easy to understand and it's a pleasure to listen to him (and the other actors but I didn't watch the other skam versions)!
