Can I apply for citizenship if my husband is working? He doesn't want to apply so I and my daughter want. It will be nice if you can reply. Also somehow I couldn't post in main comment section so posting here.

hi mam,I have been working from 2017 till now in germany and I hold B1 language certificate.let me know if I am eligible for german citizenship.
Also do they count student number of years
Continuous residing in Germany means what? During that period persona can not travel out of country??
Is duration (6/7/8 years) to apply for citizenship also varies state to state? I hurt that few states also provide citizenship before 8 years. any inputs would be great.

Sister i am Italian national. I do like to transfer Germany. I have to question if you please answer me.. 1...time period of nationality is same for EU nationals. 2 can I come Germany with my family including my brother, because he got Italian papers as European relatives, I prof that he depend on me.

Sorry but.. please check.. The test to take for citizenship is Einbürgerungstest. The "leben in deutschland test" is for "niederlassungserlaubnis (PR)". Both tests mentioned in your video as same but actually as per BAMF it is different.. hope it was helpful

Thank you so much for watching our video :) No Parent can only get 90 Days visa and after leaving Germany they can enter again after 180 Days. Nowdays they are giving 2-5 Year visa also based on travel history but still you can live 90 Days at one stretch.

@@namastegermany1077 Thanks for sharing this. I have a last question on this. If I have stayed and worked in Germany during a certain year for less than 180 days (I mean I was not taxable in Germany for that year)- Will that time period be also counted in my eligibility duration for citizenship .
@@gagan9991 If you are staying in Germany less than 183 day then you need to de-register also you need to inform your Ausländrbehörde that you are statying out of germany for more than 6 months then consequently you are breaking your continuity and then it will impact your citizenship as well.

Thanks for watching our video. No you cannot hold Indian Citizenship as India do not have Dual Citizenship concept. Yes you can buy property as NRI with OCI card in India but not agricultural land.

Wrong information regarding parents. It maybe is difficult to get but Reunification for parents is possible if it is to avoid 'Exceptional Hardship'. § 36 (2) German Residence Act (AufenthG) regulates the immigration of other family members - the decision regarding what constitutes “hardship” is a matter of discretion of the courts and can be difficult to prove.
Thank for watching our video. We know this clause but its equal to impossible. Unfortunately lot of Indians parents are in such situation we discussed this thing with top immigration lawyers its nearly impossible. If we talk about countries like Syria Or Iraq where situation were completely different then it’s considered hardship and parents can be invited but again temporarily not permanent. They have to go back.

Maybe the Indian community in Germany needs to come together to get the Govt. to rethink about this rule (parents as dependents), as we all (working class) pay our taxes and contribute towards the development of the nation. So many of us suffer due to this rule!
