Yeah this was done from a gutted core, I've seen impressioning kits but they are big money so a lot cheaper and easier to pick, gut and do it my way lol
@@AJlocksandlocks casting is really fun too tbh ,u just have to make sure to use the right metal as some cheaper ones won't make for a strong key but once u have it casted u can take ur time and grab a blank and file a nive hard one .very cool 😎 lots of fun 😁

I've never cast a key before 🤷🏻♂️ I've seen the kits but never fancied it. This was fairly straightforward though
