Being a military wife is not for the faint of heart. It’s a lot of moving, being a single parent at times, yet you will have amazing memories, and make tons of friendships along the way!
Not sure why some people have to be so negative in the comments and try to tell you how to live your life. The viewers who truly care and want to support you still love seeing whatever content you choose to share and also respect your privacy. As much as we (as humans) naturally tend to want to learn more and the "full story", it totally makes sense for you and your man to choose to keep your lives more private. The people in this comment section still trying to tell you how to live your life and complaining about how they don't get to have every single detail to judge you based off of are the perfect example of why privacy makes sense.
I love that you are doing what is best for your family, and I can't wait to see whatever content you choose to share as you move into the next phase of your life ❤❤

You are an amazing mom and partner!! Have a fantastic Christmas season and beyond with your main man and little man ❤️❤️
Have you thought of air BNB the property. Just leave your stuff take your personal effects and rent it out. Put a digital lock on door and rent it out as vacay rental? That would hugely supplement income and you could still keep home and return when you want to. Just a random idea 💡
You're going through a lot of challenges so it's amazing you're even able to keep making these vlogs! I think it's sad people feel the need to criticize when you're clearly doing your best in a chaotic time. Your best is good enough :) And you don't owe details of your private life to us, no matter how entitled some people may feel to it. Some people just love to nitpick lol. Enjoy new motherhood, you look like a natural!
Keep doing YOU. Being a momma who tried to create content, i know its not easy between short naps, feedings and also needing you time. Along with now being a military wife/spouse/whatever, you're navigating this so well 👏🏻👏🏻

As a military wife of 20 years and several moves, you can actually pack your own stuff if you want to. I almost always did so I could properly pack some things I care the most about and not worry they did not do as good as I would wish. They will just tag the boxes you pack as self packed and will not take responsibility for any damage to stuff in those boxes. Just sharing cuz it seemed like that part may be a stressor for you.

If you all have paid attention, Cathrin has been dropping hints all along that she is married. When she and Kameron were on their tour, Carthrin was wearing a beautiful (engagement) ring. Also during her labor & delivery video she mentioned how low the expense was (Military pays for it if you are a spouse/dependent). The dead giveaway in this video is the move. Military will only pack and move dependents (wife, kids).
So Mrs. Cathrin, you can start calling him your hubby now! Congratulations again! Woohoo!🎉🎉
I had thought in the US the military only housed spouses so I had wondered this but I’d never presume or congratulate someone on something they haven’t publicly announced themselves hints or no hints.
Yeah I pieced it together too. But I get her keeping that to herself. She mentioned that she wouldn't announce if she got married that she just calls him her man.
As an army veteran spouse, I was thinking the same thing. Congrats to her! I’m sure she will announce it when she is comfortable

It is just an odd concept for me that the military just forces people to change workspaces (and living situations) like that.
Almost 10 years in the danish airforce and this just isn't something that happens here.
I am very sad you wont be living in your dream house for now but still very happy and excited for you and lil' man to finally be renunited with your man.
I think it just has a lot to do with where people are needed and the size of the country. The USA is 229 times the size of Denmark, so the areas they need people end up being more spread out. It is definitely rough on the families though.
I'm surprised how you do everything alone.. i can't do my stuff in a day as new mom.. you are really a superwoman.. ❤

I’m on the fence about folks who spoil their baby but I’m cut from a different cloth & was literally in my sophomore year of college when I became a mother, but I felt confident I did the right things when I watched the reality show Nanny. I don’t believe in babies getting comfy with falling asleep sleep in my arms ever time. That detachment later in life becomes so real. 🥴😬

So you got married or is the military now moving girlfriends? Regardless, I always loved having them move/pack for me. They lost stuff every time but we were compensated. You are making the right decision in waiting until you get there to pick an area. What looks good on the internet rarely is in person housing wise.

The reason I got hooked to her channel because she was open and raw and took us through her different REAL life situations. Now just just feel so disconnected because she hides so much. I can only take so much painting and decluttering. That’s surface level. Not deep connections with the audience. I don’t watch any of her reels. Again not deep enough for me. There’s a way to share your life and not include everything in your life but feeling very distant lately.
Be prepared for crazy boxing from military movers ie. 3 things in a large box.
So basically its like if an Amazon employee worked for a moving company? I swear they will send me a few small items in a giant box as if that makes any sense

@dasky17 she actually did a video that she would not be bringing youtube into her relationship this time. That even if she got married she'd call him her man and not announce it publicly. But ppl are piecing it together because in military you usually need to be married to follow the person like she is.
Anyone else find it odd that she's not saying where she's going? Like, I feel like old Cathring (2-3 years ago) would've told us exactly where she was going the second she found out, yet she still hasn't told us where she's going. But, I mean, she'll have to tell us where she's going eventually, right?

Dear Catherin, this move sounds a bit suspicious. Moving to not an exact location? So where are you gonna send all your stuff? Please be very careful, first you should see the place with your own eyes like Kameron. I hope I am wrong- but I met some men online like this but was lucky to recognise them in max 2 days and I hope all is gonna be alright. Wish you all the best❤

It’s kind of tiring trying to navigate your content, everything is so cryptic and disjointed. I’m a big fan, and I understand this comment might come across as negative or rude, but it’s truly meant as constructive feedback. Like everything is a cliff hanger or never really addressed again and it’s agitating. Every video is like blam here’s this piece of content, blam here’s another piece, but there is no detail or cohesiveness.
I absolutely agree. I used to be a long time sub. Then unsubbed when she made channel changes. Again, her channel was recommended to be again and I watched several videos. Definitely not for me. She didn't even explain her plans for this new house which she now tells us she is moving with her boyfriend elsewhere?? Not for me...

I was thinking her content’s becoming more realistic. Name of the channel is her name and we’re seeing clips of her life as a new mom & homeowner who owns a business… last few videos have been room makeovers and goals for 2024, makes sense to me!
Ugh. Military life is not at all conducive to having a family. I don’t know what branch of the service “Stove” is in, but if they wanted him to have a wife/fiance, newborn baby and two dogs, they would have issued them to him.
Cathrin, when your baby was getting POed in the beginning of the video, maybe he is pissed that he has to leave a beautiful house on a lake for a much more uncertain living situation. I don’t know how long your man’s enlistment is, but maybe for the sake of your baby, dogs and of course, yourself, you and he should be long distance for the duration, as tough as that is.
This reads as a really uncharitable take. Cathrin is an adult and she can make the right decisions for her and her baby.
Honestly, if they can be together they should be. This is precious bonding time and he needs that with his father too. He won’t remember this time in a different home so I say go for it!

Isn't it sad how it takes us a big event to get things done that needing done? Like this is stuff that is obviously easy to do and could be done in a weekend.
