Can I ask when you have the off-road throttle pack connected, can it still be used legally in the UK as long as you keep it in mode 1 or whichever mode limits it to 15 or 16 mph ?
@@matthewluna727 Just use Google or any other conversion tool. Fortunately, the world runs on the logical metric system, not on inefficient imperial units.
@@baranyclaudiu2189 What would be a similar option then, as nicely designed as these awesome Super73 but cheaper? Monday motorcycles? But they aren't as cool as S72… Any other good alternatives?
@@RIDEGLIDE thanks for the response, is it just when you add a thumb throttle that the bike then isn’t road legal? As i’ve seen them advertised on your website
The U.K dose say we can not have a throttle on the bike. You can have one for walk assist must cut out at 3.7mph. We can actually also use one as long as it only works while your peddling. What it can’t do is make the bike move on it’s own with out any input from peddling. So if I ever got stop and they did ask what that is what I would say its USED to work for walk mode but no longer works ;) obviously just make sure the bike is in epac mode while your telling them. But don’t ride like a crazy person no one will bother you
My bike display not working after one ride.super 73 said they sending me one.its been 3 week still not here yet.bike come 2 months after I order.display gonna take 4 months!
The Super 73 RX costs £4,199 in the UK at the time of writing. I like the bike a lot, but I spent just £800 more and got a decent internal combustion bike... the KTM Duke 390 (top speed over 100 mph and a great power-to-weight ratio). Yes I know petrol isn't cheap (£1,000 will get you nearly 10,000 miles), but in terms of smiles-per-quid I'm getting the better deal... in my ever humble personal opinion. The Super-73-RX's 250-watt on-the-road limitation is a pain: the Duke 390 is 120 times more powerful. Most people will notice that difference in power.
You should put another battery on it underneath where the frame goes to the handlebars have you go further have a longer range. Next years model thank you putting shocks on it plz lower the price.
Really pretty bikes! It's a shame so many people having so many problems with them. For what they charge, I don't know why they don't use Bafang Motors. It would save them a lot of money in the long run.
@@Fuertekassys something with the clutch in side the motors. A lot of people have complained about motors blowing with less then 100 miles. Also not as common but others have complained about controllers blowing. These bikes cost more than $3,000 USD. I would steer clear, if you are not ok with having to upgrade the electronics.
Hey! We have sold a fair amount of RX and S2 models since the beginning of October and are yet to have this issue reported to us (touch wood). There was a problem with the first batch of bikes in America, but Super73 rectified this issue!
Speed wise it’s only a few mph slower… the problem is the torque settings. For a 1200w motor there should be more pickup. It’s supposed to have an upgrade available but there were software issue’s not sure if they worked them out. But it does improve the torque in the RX by an easy 20% helping climb hills easier. But without the dual motors it can’t compete. The new upgrade kit is expensive but takes the Super73 to like 50/mph!!! Blow’s the Grizzly away
It was awesome to create this video for you! The Super 73 RX is epic! 🎥⚡️ #lukewhatleybigg
The RX really is a great bike, and super fun to ride. Dope video 👍🏾
Appreciate it!!
Do you think the UK will allow up to 750w in the near future?
Crazy...they don’t offer the olive green RX 10 speed in the states. Thats weird!
why don't we get gears in the states?
Another sensible vid, no unnecessary crap, just beautiful done 💯👍 UK 👍.
Thanks so much, glad it was helpful 🙌
They need to make the Olive RX available on their site.

Unfortunately not
Nice review, one suggestion: music should be background atmosphere and not compete with your voice

@@RIDEGLIDE But keep it up, such a great video. That is the only reason I commented, the production quality is excellent.
Good video mate
Interesting, the US version of the RX doesn't come with the 10 speed option
guess it's custom

Mostly because people in the US don’t pedal much Lol
I want one!!
Checkout Monday motorbikes, they are pretty good too.
How many hours do the battery lasts on each one.. does anyone know ???

If so a link please tks
No I got the single speed looking to upgrade soon 😎
so if that's the UK, that will be the RX-G model, G for Global

That is the "auto imposed limit" to meet the UK street regulations. They go up to 45mph when unlocked I believe.
