Just purchased a set for my Cordoba Tenor. Having similar intonation problems with an unwound low G string I'm not happy about. Hoping to have similar results with the Aquilla Super Nylgut set.

Is the uke solid wood or laminated? I think the wood also affects the sound of the low G.

I think it's Laminant with veneer.

the whole point is the low g so doing the vid with a different low g is kinda silly.
