I bought the Dyna-glo wide last year because I watched your channel Joe. I am so absolutely wonderfully happy with her 😀. I mostly chalk her full of chicken and do a huge smoke day. I've done roasts for sandwich meat but I want to go after ribs next, although winter is coming. Your vids are awesome big guy! Thanks so much for putting them out there!!! Much love from Canada!
That is awesome Nickolas Vaessen! I love the thing! I couldn't be happier with the results of the food thus far. Glad to hear you are having success with your Dyna! 👍 Best of luck and happy smoking, Nick! 🔥🔥🔥
I went MIA again... Been putting a bunch of work in on the music end of things but I will be back at it very soon. Hope you are well my man! Charcoal & Briquettes for life bro! Cheers, Schuey! 👊🔥🙌
Hello🌸🌸💖 It's a very cool and amazing video. I was touched when I saw this. I hope you become a warm neighbor.😊 I hope you'll always be full of love and happiness.💖🐾🌸🍒💓
Da Dyna, she takes care of me. I use my AP Rub and BBQ Rub but the smoke is what gives it that nice dark red IMO. Chery wood chunks and hickory wood chunks plus charcoal in the Dyna. The recipe is simple but effective. Cheers, Darius! 👊
Awesome vid.. Now you got me looking at the Dyna and there are none to be found man. None I tell ya. Amazon has em but they want dang near double the price of other stores!!!
I have an update!! Thanks to you and the awesome vids you make I've chosen the Dyna like you have. Wife is going to order it so I can smoke that turkey for ThanksGiving!!
Again, you won't be sorry and feel free to email me with any questions you have. Yes, it is shocking how much they have gone up in price. I guess it is happening with everything but definitely meats and metals have gone up! Best of luck Oper8or and happy smoking! 🔥
Looks great as always!!! Finally had my last straw with the pellet smoker. Have an offset ready to be picked up. Have a good source for wood here in indy?
Tommy! Great to hear from you bro. I have yet to get an order of wood that I've been happy with. Both quality and price have been poor from the two clowns I have tried thus far. Basically got ripped off for one rick of wood that cost $100 and none of it was even close to being ready to smoke with, still dense and wet. :( Best of luck with the new smoker bro! 🔥
I actually started my youtube channel about six cooks in on this Dyna-Glo.... there is a great assembly video here ua-cam.com/video/A_U4YNFYla0/v-deo.html&ab_channel=StevenPrattJr I watched it before I put mine together. Cheers my man. 🍻
I have been grilling and smoking meat for 40 years and you know how to BBQ mustard is a binder but the vinegar will breakdown the meat and wrapping in foil is a must I do for 30 to 40 minutes no longer or they will be too soft I had a Dyna-Glow propane for 8 years eventually time got her I'm getting the wide version in charcoal and hickory and cherry work great together cherry I can see you are not a rookie great video I had a smoker like the other one pain in the ass clean the fire box.
Thank you so much for checking out the video JSR! I love both these smokers but had to side with Dyna Glo when it comes to ribs. Both were pretty tasty though, so can't complain either way. I am still happy with both purchases for the record. Much appreciate for the kind words. Cheers and happy smoking to you my friend! 🔥
@@EverettBBQ I got my wide Dyna I used it today for ribs great smoker and it will only get better as I season it more love your videos have seen many keep them coming it's great to see someone that loves it as much as I do keep smoking and take care and nice to see someone that knows what he's doing.
Thanks, SJ! The classical music world is a funny one. I had to hit the audition circuit again for a couple of big jobs and then the holiday gigs started rolling in with an influx of retirements, outbreaks and non vaxers, I have never had more work with the Symphony but I will be back at it soon. Thank you bro for checking in, it means a lot! U Da Man! 👊
Where you been.Ribs looked great,Dyna for the win🥇🏆💪🏻🔥.Did a 4lb meatloaf today on the Weber Kettle with some hickory chunks.3lb chuck,1 1/4 ground jalapeño sausage,5 Tbls Korean chili sauce,1 cup diced onion and sweat peppers each,3tbls onion, garlic, smoked paprika,4 eggs,1/2 cup HGH Jalapeño Apple bbq sauce.3 hrs at 225 done, took great smoke flavor first time all summer I could get hickory wood finally. After I sliced it a little post dust of your bbq rub.Its Spicy but my favorite loaf I’ve done all summer🔥👍.
Hey Steve, just been doing so much more bass playing recently with the orchestras firing back up this season. It has been great getting back to playing! 🎻 That meatloaf sounds awesome bro! 🔥
You have educated Grumpus on the wonders of Dyna👊🏼🥃👍🏼. I'll be honest, that little bit of mustard you used was totally acceptable, great cook brother, Dyna is true BBQ Royalty👍🏼🇺🇸🔥
@@EverettBBQ I hear ya Joe, just cleaning up the pits this weekend for a long Winters nap. I got booted from IG so this is my last avenue. I'm looking at a Pit Boss 1000T to go with the new Trailer for next year. Going to give pellets another shot, but catering is my main focus. Had to turn down a lot of work this year not having the big pits available... Look forward to your vids, have some great holidays and enjoy the football 🏈👍🏼🇺🇸🔥
Dyna for the win! I would have bet the farm those ribs came off the offset. Although… I’d a paid good money for either rack! Great comparison, great cook, great results. And I can't not mention the brisket you had lurking in the shadows. Dang fine bovine delight right there! What a neat surprise, and treat. I really enjoyed my visit, and it was a pleasure meeting you in person. Joe, this is one of my favorite videos… 👍 and your guest was amazing… 😂😂😂!
Grumpus, you truly were the guest with the best. I'm just grateful to host such fine company! Next time we will do some yard birds to go with the brisket. I am on a mission to get down to BBQ Heaven aka Texas very soon and will be sure to let you know when/where. Just glad you were in town during the summer, the playing season has hit me hard! 😆 Cheers buddy! 🍻
Loved the vid, great looking ribs!! I love my dyno!! Just pulled a tri tip roast out of mine!! I even rubbed it down with French's mustard first....FREAKING AMAZING!!! Please do a tri tip in the dyno glo, I need to step my game up.
Very soon, JNY! Sorry on the wait, been playing my bass like a mad man the last two months but will get back to the videos very soon. U da man for checking in!!! 💯
YES, I wondered where you got to mate. I did notice a little Aussie accent sneaking through on the second wrap Ha Ha love it. Great rib off mate. I think some people would be amazed at how good a BBQ you can get from charcoal and briquettes, if you know how to use your BBQ, it is possible, well done mate, loved it.
Thanks so much for checking out the video, Gumarro! 👊 I agree that it is likely the most efficient way but it sure is fun to go all on wood. I have my splits down to just the right size now, to make smaller fires more consistently. I honestly have only tried going with charcoal and small wood chunks once on the thing. It worked out great but I guess I'm just enjoying messing with fire right now. Cheers, Gumarro! 🙌
I'm so glad you came to that conclusion, cause I just ordered the Dyna!
Yes sir, the Dyna is tough to be beat on ribs, pork butt and brisket. She is still the reigning champ in all those categories. Congrats my man! 👍
Great intro, made me chuckle
Thanks so much for checking out the video and much appreciated for the support my friend. Happy smoking to you! 🔥
Alright, about time you ticked this one off the board😂 Great to see you and Grumpus😊❣️
It was a blast, Bobbi! I tried to be the host with the most but it turned out Grumpus was the guest with the best! 😆
Loved the video. What part of Indiana? I'm an hour south of Indy.
Thank you, Nate! I'm out on the Eastside of Indy, where the ballers ball and players play, and the smoke rolls all day! 😎
Damn good to see you again man! I miss your stuff. I could watch these all day.
you are so wacky, love it!!!

Great looking ribs Joe !! I wonder if the results would have been the same if it did not rain during the cook?

Dyna is good, but the value you get from the Char-griller is unmatched.

Yes Sir! There's not a doubt in my mind, the best rack of ribs is off of Dyna's racks! 🍖 Happy Smoking my man! 🔥😎
