I have a 2004 ctsv and need to replace the throw out bearing and wondering if the ls7 clutch slave fits right in.

I’m replacing a burnt monster flywheel and a glazed monster clutch, all LS7 configuration. Do I need to remeasure if I’m using the LuK kit that has the same slave that’s in this video and my kit?

So does it fit right in? or what adjust did you make after measuring it.

Do the ls7 and the ls6 slave with spacer measure the same size? I have the monster stage 2 clutch measures 2.500 and the ls6 with spacer but feels like my clutch is not fully engaged, was under the impression that the ls6 w/spacer and ls7 slaves where the same size

I know that make different spacer sizes so I'd have to say probably not. Always have to measure. If you had your flywheel resurfaced then the spacing will be different

Mohd Ali so .37... don’t think you need any shim he said no more than 1/8=.125 so I think your good.. I just got .83 on my setup and I don’t think I need a shim either
