Intelliflash module installation skip to 20:48
Installed tonight in about an hour looks great easy everything fit all connectors were factory
wow thats pretty fast i thought it would take me about 2 hours or something to switch the assembly. the fairings look nice but its a pain
man i wish i had these for my 2006 cbr600 :/ are you guys gonna be making one for the 04-06 cbr model ?
installed these today on my 2009 in the uk. perfect fitment and the led lights are such a big improvement over the stock ones. thanks a lot. was suprised i didnt have to pay any extra taxes when they arrived. great company.
Did they pass an MOT or did you get an advisory or anything, thinking about ordering some for my 07 but don't feel like changing em over everything it goes in for an MOT
@@christianstagles6248 yes. It passed. These are conforming with the eu/uk regulations. You can adjust the position of the beams and all that. They are really worth the money.
I had my Tripage dual led headlights on my CBR for a whooping 10 months. Y’all really gonna pull me into buying these 💯😎
So after attaching the turn signal optional harness, where does the last plug go? Do I need to unplug the current turn signal or does the last intelliflash plug go elsewhere?
The other end needs to plug in between your front turn signal and your bike. Basically unplug the front signal, then plug in Intelliflash at one end, then re-plug turn signal into the other end of Intelliflash.
@@motodynamic Thank you so very much for the fast response. Gives me more confidence to purchase the headlights and the integrated turn signals from your company.
Great product but the the after sale service even better.. thank you again Harry for taking care of the issue with zero Hussle.. great business and definitely will consider their products for my next motorcycle..
Will be making them for the 05' 06' cbr600rr? I need some of these, seen them in person on my two friends 07's and they are gorgeous lights.
Sorry we will not be offering them for the 05-06
Perfect job u need more recognition bro
No kidding, 10/10 video and product
Really nice! Is it possible to have the DRL programmed to signal amber color when used with the intelliflash harness? I think it would look even better when using turn signal! Could be a nice option to add on
I agree it would look better but it would require a redesign of the light to add the amber turn signals. Would not be street legal due to the spacing requirements.
Are you going to produce these for the CBR1000RR? Just curious! Already have them on my R6
The CBR1000RR from 2012-2016 model may be a future head light we will develop
@@motodynamic Please make a 2007 cbr 1000rr headlight
@@SystemAdministrator1 Sorry we do not plan to produce one for the 2007 CBR1000RR
my bike is missing the piece he is removing from 5:36 to 6:10 what does it do? and do i need to order a replacement? what would it be called
It is just a plastic inner panel that partially supports the center panel under the head light and covers the wires behind it. Honda part no. 64580-MFJ-D00 and 64590-MFJ-D01. They go for around $6 each, Honda refers them as COWL, (UPPER) (INNER)
@@motodynamicawesome, thanks man! great vid
@@motodynamic hey there would you happen to know the part number for the bolts that hold it in as well? or even just the size of them. thank you i appreciate it!!
@@_ChaseRR It is held on by 2 plastic fasteners. One is the philips head and the other is the type that you need to pry up the center part to disengage. Honda part no. 90683-GR1-003 and 90657-SB0-003, you'll need 2 of each.
@@motodynamic really appreciate it! thanks for responding!
I just installed them tonight... badass! Love em'
Do you know where and how i have to mount the 64461MFJA40 OEM LEFT INNER COWL UNDER DUCT TRIM FAIRING
I am not sure about the inner duct that piece does not look familiar, I do not believe that was removed during the installation process.
I really, really wish these would fit my CBR1000RR 2007 (SC57).
Sorry these will not fit the 2007 CBR1000RR
@@motodynamic i was afraid so 😭
Nice video, great instructions and nice looking headlights. It would be nice to have 2 lights on instead of just one.
I'm willing to buy these just so people will stop telling me "hey bro you got a headlight out" 🤣
Amazing
Damn, I wish they made these for the 2015 cbr600
The 2013+ CBR600RR version is in development, we hope to release the product later this year.
@@motodynamic I can't wait! These would looks super clean with the gloss black cbr! I know for a fact im buying 1 when they release.
Do you have distributors in Mexico?
Unfortunately we do not have a distributor in Mexico.
Can u give me link for bay headlight

Привет братва!!! Кто поставил, как светят?
You can install them yourself, they are very bright.
How am I only finding out about these now?! I need a set for bike!
Is that 07 and are those oem fairings still original?
Yes, it is an 07 with all original Honda fairings
@@motodynamic thank you i have a 07 same fairings. im changing the color and was wondering if mine were original. Mines no different then yours stickers and all so thats good to know that mine are original and its never been down, thats why i asked lol
Italian or any european distrubutor (non uk distributor)? Please i am dying to have these on my cbr 600 rr 2009....
Please reach out to our distributor in France, they should be able to order it for you: contact@tech2roo.com. Inventory levels are low so I would suggest you contact them at your earliest convenience.

Im watching this yet I dont even own a cbr600rr but I do have a 2014 cbr650f, wish you guys have led version for this model year.
Unfortunately we do not plan to produce one for the CBR650F
This is the very only video, where you can see the hided clips and parts what is really essential to mount and demount the fairing
We broke it down step by step, bolt by bolt and clip by clip so that every fastener is accounted for so that disassembly/re-assembly is performed successfully.
Do the headlights only work with EU models? I don’t want the indicator add on.
We have not tested these on the EU models, but from our research the connectors are the same so it will plug right up. The indicator add on is for USA specs only.
On your video at 14:40 for Right headlight and same on Left you place the top outside metal hardware wrong. The headlight is supposed to sit behind cockpit frame and the metal piece gets inserted through frame first(starting from front of bike) into the headlight frame hole(which should be last in order of hardware, cockpit frame, headlight frame) This way you won’t let fairing fit in between headlights.
Thanks for providing your input. There is a chance you may be correct, however we are not the original owner so during the install that is how we removed it so we put it back the same way. Also if you take a look at the honda diagram it also shows the metal collar inserts in the lamp assembly first. I will put a notation for this.
@@motodynamic I am original owner of my bike(08 CBR600RR) and I just purchased your headlights which are AMAZING! OMG I love them! I installed them yesterday and I watched video but then when I took mine apart(never been crashed) that’s how it was assembled from Honda. I actually tried switching them to the way you show it in video and fairing wouldn’t fit between the headlights so I went back to oem assembly.
@@gbilya2 Thanks for providing those details. Strange that we and so many other people were able to install it this way with no issues. We will amend the instructions. Thank you
I’ve been trying to buy this set up for almost 3 months now. Sold out everywhere
They just got back into stock the other day.
Queria muito ralizar a compa, mas infelizmente não tem em estoque... Tem previsão de quando chegará? e você envia para o BRASIL?
I really wanted to make the purchase, but unfortunately it is not in stock... Do you have an estimate of when it will arrive? and do you ship to BRAZIL?
It will be back in stock at the end of this month (April). Yes we can ship to Brazil
Tem para cbr 600f?
Sorry, not for the 600F
Absolutely incredible 💯.. . When will the 2013+ ones be available 😢
2013+ expected to drop before the end of the year, performing final touches. Will be worth the wait!
do you guys have a distrubuter in canda for these
Yes, please reach out to either Motostarz.ca or Railside Performance they can likely order it for you.
Do you have Australian distributors?
Please reach out to Bike Monkey in Australia, they should be able to help you out.
Buen video ❤
Will you guys ever come out with a 14 zx6r set of headlights? Ordered a set of these for my 09 cbr and can't wait for them to get here tomorrow
2014 ZX6R is in development but still have quite some time before a final product can be available. We estimate around Q2-Q3 of next year.
@@motodynamicjust curious as to what the update might be on the headlights for the zx6r. Been patiently waiting 😅
@@jrwelder70 will be dropping by the end of this month
Is it allowed in Germany?
Sorry it is not legal for street use in Germany
@@motodynamic OK, but thanks for your answer.
What about the uk?
@@conor2717 Sorry none of the countries in the EU
Highly interested in these headlights 😍 is there an estimated time you will have them back in stock?
We are looking around either the end of January or early Feb 2022. I would recommend you enter your email on the details page and click the "Notify Me" button. We will then email you the moment they are in stock.
@@motodynamic I will do that asap thank you
You only make these for cbrs
We have head lights in development currently for other bikes. What bike do you have?
How much for the head light
They are $329.95
Will you do a kit for a 2013 zx6r?
Cbr, r6, need a zx6r.
ZX6R head light is in development but the process is not that fast. Cannot estimate when but it is coming!
@@motodynamic hows development going?
@@awesomeerr8765 v1 prototype should be completed soon
@@motodynamic hows the progress?
Is there a guide for adjusting the lights properly so they arent shining too high/low?
Towards the end if video there quick guide on how to adjust up/down and left/right. Head light has been calibrated for 170-180 lbs rider
@@motodynamic so if i weigh less then 170 lbs would i need to adjust it then?
@@Mcstaffi If you weigh much less, the beam will be projected lower. You can see if this suits you otherwise you can adjust them higher.
I’m 100 pounds heavier 🤷🏽♂️ roughly. 258ish. Gonna need to make an adjustment
@@jasontodd9302 Then the beam will point much higher than it needs to be because the weight pushes the rear of the bike down and the front of the bike upwards. You will need to adjust the beams down a bit.
When will you guys be restocking this?
We are looking around early next year, possibly by the end of January 2022. We will know a more approximate date as the time comes. You can sign up your email for in stock notification here: www.motodynamic.com/2007-2012-honda-cbr600rr-full-led-projection-head-light-with-drl.html
