I'm going to be using these fans on the system I'm currently building. My only gripe with these is the software. It's SOOOO FUGLY. But to be fair it feels like all fan software is ugly garbage. I will probably just set and forget the fan colours, but I feel sorry for people that like to change the lighting effects frequently!
Before buying my fans I carefully studied my options . Lian Li infinity is much cheaper than swafan, better quality and have reverse version too. You absolutely don't need it to be reversable if you know ahead what you need. I got 3 normal and 6 reverse infinity fans that allow me all sorts of optimal fan configurations in my case. Another more important thing is swafan airflow is 53 cfm while inf is 61 cfm, both providing similar air pressure, infinity being slightly better. And lastly infinity has less cable usage since connection points provide electrical and signal connections too eliminating the need for additional cables.
Are you in the US, because they're not *much* cheaper here. Same price as these without the controller in fact. Of course you don't need it to be reversable but some might like the option, especially new builders ☺ Glad you're happy with those though.
@@jordanash in triple packs infinity is $100, swafan is $135. I wouldn't choose swafan even if prices were the same since they are weaker, need more cable etc. I am in Europe and yes prices are higher here.
