According to Kelly, she didn’t end up things with Kvyat, he left her. Which was soon after their child being born and right before her birthday.

Also a great fact: (on why he skipped F2)
Max Verstappen and his dad were at the Hockenheim GP in 2014; 3 weeks after Verstappen completely demolished the entire F3-field at the Norisring in difficult conditions. They had a conversation with Dr Marko about 'joining' the RB-program. After that conversation Niki Lauda also wanted to speak with the Verstappens about coming to Mercedes'-program. It turned out, Lauda couldn't promise a F1-seat with Mercedes or any other team on a short term. Dr Marko heard about that conversation and he immediately 'demanded' the Verstappens to have another chat. He promised them a Toro Rosso seat for 2015. Verstappen confirmed Ferrari also showed interest, but hadn't really spoken to eachother.
After that weekend, he drove in F3 in RB colors and make his F1-debut (Japan FP1) only 3 months after.
Max Verstappen: Whatever It Takes (Ziggo 2020)
- Verstappen also has 2 Porsche GT2 Race cars, maintained by Porsche SuperCup team GPElite. During non-F1-weekends and off-season, he drives a lot with these cars in Catalunya and/or Portimao.
- Verstappen's then-girlfriend Mikaela Kottulinski signed a RB-sponsor-contract to support her career, thanks to him. Also the son of Verstappen's manager Raymond Vermeulen, Thierry, has a racing career with RB-sponsoring (and driving with 33).
- Verstappen's sponsor - Jumbo- will be part of his helmet during his F1-career. Even if they won't/can't pay 'market-price' for it. Verstappen often said he wouldn't have reached F1 without their financial backing. He even has those 'special' yellow helmet designs to thank them.
And ppl hate him he he is a god person to have to this days to keep a promise man of his word I think he will go on to get 2 more championships

Im dutch living across the border. Jo's verstappen had a indoor go-cart track here. It's very common got dutch people to live just over the border

Although I am a Sir Lewis fan I will admit Max is a great driver and it does look like he is realising a race is not won on the first lap. He doesn't take the risks that he took last year which is something Lewis has learned over the years. I personally feel both Lewis and Max deserved the title last year. Both were wrong at times but if it hadn't been for the fight for the title, it could have been boring. I will always be a Lewis fan but I respect any great driver.
wrong. in the age of 6 you know what oyu just wrote. max had the worse car. lewis is now acting like he still ahs to realize this, let alone his desperate moves or his hot headedness in Silverstone, where it was analzyed that he was 3m to THE LEFT of his WON line he used all weeked. so 10ft off, he braked too late and shot max off and celebrated afterwards like mad man, even though he couldve kileld him at 200km/h impact...

During Hamilton's bout with covid Russell proved he could climb into the car and drive it to the front and he'd have won but Toto and management couldn't withstand the embarrassment of Hamilton's salary if Ruseel could climb in an win. The difference? One is a good driver with an exceptional car, the other an exceptional driver with a good car. This past season went on to prove that.
I guess I'm a real fan. I knew every single one of these. However, I agree the coolest one is his Jet.
I can imagine him not wanting to constantly fly among everybody else. "ooh, Max Verstappen!!!" Bam, chaos and a delayed flight.
Sounds annoying to me, so hey, if there's anyone I don't mind having a private jet, it's Max. He also takes along his fellow Monaco F1 residents to the races, so seems like a good deal to me.
Interesting that Lewis is considered a villain for once having a private jet (that he sold FIVE YEARS ago!) but Max has a jet and considered cool! The double standards are hilarious!

Lewis Hamilton didn't come from money, his father had to work as many as four jobs to support him during his karting days. He's also not the only one on the grid with humble beginnings.

Apparently go-karting has come a long ways from when I was a kid. I remember go karts were basically welded steel frames with a lawn mower motor. I don't think anybody would have progressed from them to the F1series would have been beyond anybody's imagination. The local go-kart track was simply a place to drop off your kids at the drag strip when you went racing if you were into drag racing. On the other hand sports car racing was someplace you had to go to some 50 miles or more away. How things have changed.

It was Danill that ended up things with Kelly and Max didn't "took" her, she isn't a thing to own, she is a person. She and Danill broke up in 2019. Max and Kelly has been together since late 2020 ( December). And Max is a close friend of Kelly's brother since 2017 so they known each other for years before they start dating

It used to be that the champion of a race series would get the #1 on their car. Indy , F1 , etc. There grew a trend where drivers stopped taking it.

I would say that the Redbull and Max are better in race trim. Charles might have the edge in qualifying, but Max has the edge in racing.

Hasselt (not Hesselt) is pronounced more like "Huhsselt", English speaker hardly ever try to pronounce foreign place names as they should be pronounced. Also Bree is pronounced more like "Bray"
no fan of f1 would question why verstappen chose to use the number one on his car. if you have been watching f1 since before 2014 you will know that cars were numbered from first to last. so the title winner would have the number one and his co driver would get the number 2, and then so on depending on which team had to most points to the team with the least points

I hope we get to see the 3 drivers back in proper racing conditions again soon. 3 cars of the same performance ect. Lewis & Max were in a league of their own in 2021. Now George Russell is in the mix too but my money would still be on Lewis Hamilton winning the races if all was fair n square. Street Racers, they know how to place the bumpers next to shop walls. However, It would be a very close racing.
I do not believe Max should be penalised for the teams Money cap breach, Max is the driver, not the banker.

Jos was always second rate

Not completely true. He never had the right material, not even the Beneton as driving as Schumachers teammate. The Beneton was build around Schumacher. let's not forget Jos was capable of rising above the car like Max is doing, so don't say Jos was second rate without saying why.
For someone who was second rate he sure knows how to breed a natural racer. He was better then you claim, just had the bad luck to be in the same team with Schumacher A bit how others have the bad luck they have to race Max now.
He was better then he got to show in those crap cars, not as good as Max but he had the raw talent, I think Jos was not as polished as Max. But if he would've gotten the same guidance as Max, he would've been very close to his skillset.

The reasons for Max adopting Dutch nationality is misleading at best. Max's father wanted goverment sponsorship for Max's career and when the Belgian government did not oblige Jos held a grudge and so when Max became an F1 driver his father made him race under Durch fllag because he believes Belgium did not support Max's career even recently Jos was still at it this time having angst with the Belgian media for their sudden support of Max.
