Concerning Starfire, in an issue of "The Outsiders" they were fighting Lex Luthor, Brainiac, and Brainiac 8 and at Nightwing's urging (he told her that she was always holding back and he told her not to), she flew up and then unleashed her full power...it was like someone dropped a sun in the area.

But she has to hold back when doing this as if she phases too far out of phase with the Earth then she could end up in space as she stays put as the Earth is moving around the Sun
