- Here is Part 1 on the initial unboxing of the Ducky One 2 SF 65% Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Silent Red Switches.
I chose the MX Red Switches as I like the feel and responsiveness of a Mechanical Keyboard but didn't like how it sounded.
I do a comparison between the Brown Switches from a G710 Mechanical Keyboard and a traditional membrane keyboard.

nice vid, but damn u hurt my soul when taking off that spacebar. Thx for a good review, think I might get the silent red now! Got the cherry mx blue but I'm so done with these haha.
Hey There. Thanks for the comment and feedback. Yes, a lot of other commenters have told there was a better way ot taking off the space bar. I do like the cherry silent red.
Hey man, I recently switched to the silent reds from my MX Blues and they're fire! Before you switch, look into other keys like "Holy Panda" or "Zhelios V2" key switches! You might enjoy em a little more!

let me guess you saw that kid do the setup reveal with the glorous o mouse and the ducky one 2 mini but found out this is better so u bought them
When removing the spacebar you can use the keycap puller on the 'N' and 'V' keys and then use finger and thumb to remove the spacebar. Makes it easier.

After 2 week, what do you think about it? I'm looking for a new kb to play CS GO.
Gotta remember. That g710+ has O-rings on the bottom. I think without the o-rings it would average around 75 or maybe 80db
Thanks for watching and the feedback. I didn't even realize it has O-rings. I still find I don't use the G710 keyboard at all. It's too bulky and too loud compared to the Ducky One 2 SF.
@@TheWongReviewer true. But the ducky SF pings like hell (the g710 and 710+ does this too). I'm still on a hyperx alloy fps with browns, and it sounds nice and doesn't ping

Do silent reds feel different from normal reds?
Hi there, thanks for watching and the question. Unfortunately, I don't have an exiting keyboard with normal reds. I have a mechanical keyboard with brown switches and they do feel different to me. The red silent switches I feel has less travel to actuate than the brown cherry switches. It's not scientific as i didn't measure it, but it's just something I noticed. I do prefer the quiet switches.
The Wong Reviewer do they have a mushy feeling when you press them? Or is it not that noticeable? I’m getting to decide if I want to get reds or silent reds because I don’t want to wake up my family at night with the keyboard
@@TheWongReviewer They have diff actuation and total travel distance: 2.0mm/4.0mm (brown) vs 1.9mm/3.7mm (silent red). :)
what happened at the end that does not change the RGB?
This keyboard is my favorite to buy right now, but in every review it does look like it isnt stable when you type. Currently on a €15 keyboard from Amazon and that things doesn't move a bit when I type.

@@TheWongReviewer no, I heard the stabilizers are good, so the keys don't move around. I mean the keyboard moves down when you press a key. So when you press Escape on the upper left corner, the corner slightly moves down and the opposite corner moves up

Hi there, i personally like the cherry silent red. I just prefer less ‘clicking’ noise when i use it for normal typing

The Wong Reviewer Do the silent reds feel mushy when bottoming? Also, are they scratchy?
Bearoh hey, I ordered mine the other day and from what I have heard, no they don’t feel mushy, but apparently they do feel different from normal reds. But the silent reds are still great for gaming
