Great cards, now I know what else to do with a old book that I have in my shop. Other than a scrap book.
These are GORGEOUS!! I created a card with old book pages once and failed to look at what they actually said. When I gave the woman a card, it was from a sex scene in a novel. I was so embarrassed!! Thank goodness she had a sense of humor because she just laughed!
Wonderful mixed media uses for your cards. I enjoy seeing techniques that use up my hoard of mixed media supplies also. I will have to remember to scrunch up my book pages...

ha ha it really isnt for everyone. I have one crafty friend that just cant ever bring herself to scrunch paper or distress the edge

I appreciate when makers do something I would never think to try. It encourages me to try something new and get back to PLAYING, which is essentially why we started this hobby in the first place, right? Love the purple card the best!

this is gorgeous! I would have spray inked the book page before cutting out tiny flowers to save on time and ink, more on the paper and less on the sponge, but you are out here making videos, and I am the one watching on the sidelines. Thanks for the vid.

I would gave put the sentiment not on the flower that hides the beautiful flower. Where you first put it to the left under the burlap. I know we are all different. I loved your technique and I shall be trying this. Thank you I loved it.
