@@captainbeyond4350 Joe Reilly's sir. Where do you get yours? Seems like getting good Parts these days is a crapshoot no matter where you purchase from.
@@Alex-d8p3i definitely a good call. I did check that and no leaking. I went ahead and replaced the pump and it fixed the issue. They warranted it. The fuel pressure regulator is part of the pump assembly on this particular model and apparently that's what was bleeding down.
@@MarkPdot believe it or not the truck ran and drove fine as it built pressure once you started cranking. It would start up just fine in the morning and just fine right after turning it off. The issue was excessive cranking after it was already warmed up and shut off for a few minutes. You are correct, I did replace the pump under warranty and the problem was resolved.
Check spark plugs. To tight?
Aftermarket fuel pumps schuck!
Check your fuel pump pressure vacuum that is the problem

Where did you buy the pump at junk zone or Joe Reillys.

It can be the hose from the pump to the top of the gas tank. I've seen it on two cars the past year. (Not gmc envoy tho)

@@bigcrook73 correct!
Dude, not in a "no parking" zone.
The pump isn't giving enough pressure to do anything to those injectors. Definitely get that pump warrantied.
