Can an audio wave be linked to streaming internet radio, and the wave continuously works in sync with the steam? A stream can be put on a website and react to the continuous mp3 stream.

I hate tutorials where I do everything the instructor does and what I get does not look like what they get.
Why dont i have hue settings?
