It is implemented by pneumatic force. Because when I design a part I want it to be made identically and not do different machining by rotating the part by hand. Any immediate solutions? i'f been there, done that...sorted. in fusion just use the haas(pre) post. Not sure these days, but you have to enable simultaneous in the post. to start, just use contour & enable 5x...you have asap a 5x toolpath. If you don't use home switches....be aware of the g28 :D My first built was similar to this, only with a chinese trunnion on it.
@@aeknarintomDIY look for some video's how to setup in fusion. Once U get that, it's pretty simple...it's all about the center of A/C rotation. G54 should be set in fusion & on your machine on the center of rotation (the model in fusion should be setup like that also) Guess no toolsetter, so load in the tool > find the center of A/C > zero all in mach. can be handy to Understand some gcode: G53/G54/G28/if working with toolsetter G43/G49 My first crash: used to set the center A/C at the end &shut down...so next time this is also your home...guess what happens if your last gcode line is G28 :D Good luck! nice trunnion imho

which program you use to prepare g code for 5 axis ?
I like the choice to mill with the cutter and the collet nut.

You should use aluminum or steel to make.
Acrylic is not strong enough. I made it for training first.
