- Pizzarella stende l’impasto al centro fine quanto desiderato e forma un bordo più spesso, trattenendo nell’impasto quelle preziose micro bolle di gas sviluppate durante il processo di lievitazione. Pizzarella permette così di ottenere durante la cottura il caratteristico cornicione alveolato ed una formatura dell’impasto che renderà la pizza fragrante e soffice.

12k for this??? WAY over priced. When compared to the PizzaForm unit it does not match up very well.

It isnt overpriced considering what it can do. it can replace a pizzaiolo when you have rush hours and only 1 pizzaiolo who has to stretch and take care of the oven on his own. It can stretch more pies than 2 pizzaiolos could with their hands within an hour aswell and its capable of stretching napolitan pizza..
@thesolidsnek8096 yep We broke down and bought one for the shop for 11k new. It doesn't like high hydration , but we do 63% with 3% evoo. Going to try Caputo Gluten Free flour soon.

Everything was perfect except the paucity of cheese
