The crust texture and feel are inferior to a hand-stretched pizza experience. It turns even a good pizza parlor with fresh, quality ingredients into a pizza factory, more concerned with making money than serving the customer - the love is gone. And people know. Great for some businesses and customers I am sure. But for me, no thanks.
