Unboxing: JXB Performance Driveshaft Carrier

For those of you that are unaware, the OEM driveshaft carrier is not very stable, and once you start increasing HP/TQ it makes the driveshaft move a lot more which can cause damage. On top of that, launches are much more violent compared to OEM power levels, and because of that you need to upgrade your carrier to protect your driveshaft.
While this upgrade will benefit any Quattro C7, it is an absolute MUST for the S & RS vehicles because of the amount of power you are putting down when you tune your car.

Update: In the video, the Track bushings don't say "Track" like the street bushings. Those are an older design of track bushings, & the new ones do say "Track".

maybe this is the source of my one vibration while accelerating
There are a thousand things that could cause vibrations unfortunately. From an off balance wheel to failed bushings in your control arms.
Please do a diy i'm doing this in the next week or so :)

any solutions for replacing the bearing itself?
I've actually never heard of anyone replacing it, and I don't know if any aftermarket options right now.
Jhm developed a solution to keep the original driveshaft carrier, it's reversible and much cheaper than the JXB carrier
It also doesn't work anywhere near as good as the jxb product.
Got one 1 month ago. Did not fit. Way to Big. Got told to tape it up by their support. Stick to oem.
Sounds like you didn't install it correctly. They fit perfectly
@@AudiC7Owners i can measure. 3mm out of spec. And Thats ok. Things go wrong all the time. But i am not taping up the difference like jxb told me.
Which part of the carrier was off?
