Bought a car with NO MONEY DOWN today thanks saimah!!!!!
They told me a 1000 down was the least until I told them capital one approved for zero down!!
WOAH let's go! 🙌🏻
How did you figure out how to get financed through capital one? Did you personally reach out to them? Or?
@@coltmosdef capital one Auto navigator
Thank you for all of the great videos & I like how your shirt matched the interior of the car & it's like your head is floating around ♥️😄
I think you should also write a book
I learned a lot and thank you
Wanting to try Turo but wondering about starting an LLC and purchase the car under the LLC. Are you able to get an auto loan or get financing when buying a car under the new entity? Or do i new do to buy the car from personal account then conduct all business through the LLC? Was just wondering about being about to write off the car purchase.
Saimah, this is a completely unrelated question to this video. I am planning to grow my Turo business, but I also love to travel. How do you manage your fleet while still enjoying a vacation and/or a last minute weekend get-away? Thank you for all your great content!
How's can you resolve the problem with the renter or take payments for claims if you have bought insurance from turo I thought turo insurance processes the claim
Volume sucks. Background noice is atrocious.
Thank you some much for the info
I think that if you're honest on your listing exactly the pictures shown is the car and everything like that and it's a good mechanical reliable car clean inside and out I don't think there's a reason for them to give you a low Stars review
Another awesome video 📹👏
Thanks. Great info.
That happened to me with my very first listed car. I was mad as hell.
Saimah! You’re amazing, thanks for the knowledge. You are my go to while I’m starting turo in my area. A few questions if you don’t mind. Do you Uber back when you drop off your cars? How do you handle the limited mileage allowance when leasing your cars? And I remember seeing you say you put tints on one of your cars- was that a lease? Thank you you amazing human!
Want to start
I got a 4 star rating with no explanation once. I am still livid
Thanks a lot
If your vehicle value is under 5,000. Would you use that car?
Saimah, you are a real professional at your trade. You have just about convinced me this business endeavor is worth while.
I'm right there with you! I saw her video about a month ago....and well....I'm back, because its remained on my mind and I'm interested in pursuing this opportunity.
Nothing ventured nothing gained.
@@XX-166 Thanks for the honest encouragement!
Do you have a car posted on Turo?
@@user-lc7zt8sk6i yes I do.

This is great. I'm getting great valuable feedback from hosts all over, for Turo. How long have you been hosting?
Sigh, yup, my Mercedes got unlisted due to the recall. I plan on selling since I don't know when the fix will be in and it seems like it's sellers market for cars. If the fix comes before a sale then I might keep the car.
Again, thanks for the info, won't lie, been waiting all week, lol
This is the best time to sell your car, the used car prices are through the roof.
My Lincoln was delisted due to an advanced notice recall. The parts were supposed to be available in 4q 2020. I called today and they still don't have any idea when the parts would be in. This blindsided me right before high demand spring and summer seasons. 🤦♂️
Hi Saimah, first thank you for your videos. I am thinking of getting started in the business and am curious if you have ever sold your own personal car to your business? Is this a hassle in any way? Also, can you do a video on how you setup pick-up and drop-off for your vehicles? Thanks again for everything.🙏
Recalls are terrible. I have been so unlucky with the recalls. My very first car that I bought and thought of listing on Turo to offset the payment when listing a car I learned it had on a recall for a charging cable that wasn't even really part of the vehicle. But Turo had just updated it's policy about the recall because prior that you were able to list a car with recall, so at the time I didn't even pay attention to that detail.
My third car went on a recall a week after I had bought it exclusively for Turo platform - Ford Again. And so did the 1st car for a second time now. Seeing those notifications coming in one by one that my car is delisted, was devastating. I was holding my breath because I had 3rd car that was also Ford. Luckily that was not recalled. SO I went and bought a 4th car - VW, purposefully with a RECALL that remedy was already available and the dealership was stocked with the parts to perform the recall. I made the appointment with the VW dealership to get the recall fixed without even owning the car yet :D. So far so good.
Horrible background sounds
Do you have a full time job and manage your fleet at the same time? Just wondering how you manage that. Thanks!
Manage your calendar closely to avoid conflicts. Block off time in between trips for cleaning. Have an arsenal of cleaning supplies at the ready, including a good vacuum (I use a Dysons) Set the minimum trip time to 2 or 3 days, so you don't have to flip the car too often. Keep the key in a lockbox or other means for contactless check in
@@bradglivejams how does the lock box work? If the vehicle key is inside the lockbox (I know you can unlock the car remotely like I can with my Chevrolet)..how do they get the key out of a lock box?
What’s up Saimah I have a question about the Turo biz. So if someone rents your car on the platform and returns it with a check engine light on that wasn’t there before, is that a claim that can be fixed by Turo or you have to fix all maintenance issues?
Great question. Since you are the vehicle "owner" I would imagine the repair falls on your plate and the vehicle is unavailable for renting until the issue is resolved.
This is a great question
I just had a guest sign up that had rented from Saimah. Unfortunately, he canceled. I'll not lie, I was a teeny tiny bit nervous. At the same time I wanted his feedback because obviously, he has had at least one really good host.
if you can invest in high dollar amount cars, than you can invest in training to do your own car rentaling
its not the business you want to be in, but you are in the business of renting on turo
What insurance companies insure cars that are rented out? I can't find any. Is she being paid by Turo or just trying to sell her "membership program"?
Have you tried AAA or Liberty Mutual?
@@user-lc7zt8sk6i Geico, Root, Nationwide, and Progressive for personal and GMI and ABI for commercial have worked out for me in the past and currently
@@essentialoilsme
Thanks Lance!
Do you offer your vehicle for rental on Turo?
@@user-lc7zt8sk6i you’re welcome! Yes, I have been a Turo host for 3 years and have 4 cars.
@@essentialoilsme
That's great!! Did you start with your personal car and then build your fleet? Or did you go out and buy a car to get you rolling? Earlier today I did some reach and a glaring CON to the business plan is the Major Fees/share that Turo collects from the host with each completed rental. Would you agree/disagree? I understand everyone is trying to make some money while being affordable for the customer. I'm thinking of getting started with a truck. Are your four cars all different classes?
Noisy car.....
It was so hard to hear the first part I’d recommending getting a mic
I think she’s using AirPods which are fine but yeah a nice studio mic at home or in the car while not driving will sound much better. Even just a mic you attach to your mobile.
U just have bad ears! Go clean that wax out!🤣😁😀
I was about to subscribe but I can see that she doesn't respond to comments
You can still learn from her video and the replies.

What are three to get a date with you? I already in California and have money and a career! Where can I find u?
@M Yup!
🤮
@M Bro she don't even do a good job marketing her turo!
🤣😅 Like she don't leave no
Dm's about how to contact her for a car rental!!
@M Yeah I assure she or family has money to rent out dozens of luxury cars.... So it seems her family is rich!!!
@M Ya true but family always help increase revenue. I don't pocket watch either..
If you are just starting out and you’ve made your fleet an LLC and you have no business credit established can you get a start up credit card to purchase your first car and buy it under your business name????
A credit card to buy a car? Wow.
What type of car do you have in mind?
Cash back rewards huh!?
