As an ex-Marine, I am highly grateful that you did this movie today. In my opinion Ed Harris’s character General Hummel is one the coolest and most sympathetic villains in media history. All he wanted was for his men’s families to receive proper compensation for his mens’ services. He was sympathetic and professional beyond villainy throughout the entire movie… … especially that part where he got the children OUT of the madness he was about to start.

Bay complied, and when Bay arrived in the conference room, the executives' jaws dropped when they saw Connery appear behind him. Sean Connery was such a treasure. One thing about him, he was such a good looking man, there are not many actors, but the older he got the better-looking he got or stayed just as handsome. Thanks for another great reaction. 😊
Yes Sir he was! The Rock was my 1st contact with him as an actor and the Shower room scene struck me like a lightning bolt when I first saw it. I literarily stood up in the middle of my living room and screamed 'this is going to be a massacre!' when Gen Hummel came out to address the Seal Team.

This is actually regarded as the only good movie Michael Bay ever made. Good to know... I nominate "Sleepers" (1996)... with Robert De Niro, Brad Pitt, Kevin Bacon. Although it would be more fun to see the reaction to some of the scenes in Trainspotting (1996)
Christopher Wallace, aka the “Notorious B.I.G.”, was a big fan of this movie. When he directed his music video for “Hypnotize,” he was inspired by this film, and wanted to match the intensity(especially the Ferrari-Hummer chase). He mentioned this during one of his final interviews which was posthumously attached as an outro to the final album he recorded, “Life After Death,” in 1997.
The two things I know that made the Rock a difficult place to escape is the multiple strong changing currents entering and exiting the Bay, and Great White Sharks. The guards telling them to try if they want and face the water guards. 🦈
Great reaction as usual! This movie always reminded me of Die Hard 2. Except in DH2, the rogue military terrorist was definitely not as "soft" as Harris.

20:12 Michael Biehn. He only looks familiar because he's the guy who was the leader of the Space Marines in *Aliens.* Also, you may recognize him from his biggest role ever wherein he went back in time to destroy the T-800 and bangity knock boots with Sarah Connor in the original *Terminator.*
No--Ed Harris' character was very sympathetic. The problem was his getting people he had never worked with before. His character was a good guy pretending to be bad. Great reaction, regardless!
28:21 The original fort on Alcatraz Island was originally built in 1850, , it was relatively unmanned during the Civil War because that was happening on the other side of the continent. It would make absolutely no sense for the farthest point west to be involved in the Civil War.
When my nephew was much younger he was a big fan of this movie. At the time I was stationed in Northern California, Beale AFB. My mom and my nephew came to visit and we went to Alcatraz so my nephew could see where parts of the move was filmed. I say parts of because some of the scenes took place in parts of Alcatraz that don't exist. My nephew was only slightly disappointed. The jail cells don't actually lock anymore so someone can't accidentally lock themselves in, or something like this doesn't happen. I actually went in one of the cells and they are tiny. If you ever get the chance Alcatraz is a good place to visit. I actually went there 3 or 4 times as family came to visit.
I love this movie. Amazingly entertaining. Connery’s last Bond movie, peak Cage, great supporting cast. So fun. Your next Cage movie needs to be Raising Arizona. It’s your kind of movie and I have no doubt that you’ll love it.

I just Love your reactions J! You be having me over here cracking up! 😂
29:28. Naw, bro, you didn’t see that dude earlier in the movie. He turned into some bubblegum shit. 😂😂😂😂😂. You had me rolling with that one. Great reaction as usual. Love the channel bro!
20:12 Michael Biehn.
He only looks familiar because he's the guy who was the leader of the Space Marines in *Aliens.*
Also, you may recognize him from his biggest role ever wherein he went back in time to destroy the T-800 and bangity knock boots with Sarah Connor in the original *Terminator.*
lol Betty White as a Power Ranger is a top tier shirt 🤣
Just want to say just found you a couple days ago and love your reactions thanks for making me videos and keeping me entertained!
Corporal Hicks in Aliens, Reese in Terminator or aka Michael Biehn.
This is why you are my favorite reactor and I watch a lot "Hey they don't have to look for me, cause they can smell me" OMG 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
No--Ed Harris' character was very sympathetic. The problem was his getting people he had never worked with before. His character was a good guy pretending to be bad. Great reaction, regardless!
I had to zoom in. Is that a Betty White Ranger shirt? Lol
In sitting here like, “WTF is that?”
I love the high action movies of my youth
Jerry Bruckheimer is a GOAT producer and still producing top quality action films today. He helped make "Top Gun: Maverick" over a billion.
I love this movie so much! So excited you're watching it. (And I was totally thinking only about chicken when you said that that the start. Really.)
28:21 The original fort on Alcatraz Island was originally built in 1850, , it was relatively unmanned during the Civil War because that was happening on the other side of the continent.
It would make absolutely no sense for the farthest point west to be involved in the Civil War.
This could be seen as a final Bond movie for S. Connery.
Always check the Bible. Some people leave cash to thank whoever actually opens it to read it.
Jhon Conner's dad, Ringo in Tombstone and Space Marine in Aliens.
Sean, Connery and Ed Harris teamed up with Laurence Fishburne in the movie just cause. One of the best.
I love this movie. Amazingly entertaining. Connery’s last Bond movie, peak Cage, great supporting cast. So fun.
Your next Cage movie needs to be Raising Arizona. It’s your kind of movie and I have no doubt that you’ll love it.
You’re a great dude man! Love seeing your success!
I got to say I love watching your channel...its like a with one of my Brothas watching dope movies together making jokes & ish! Haha love it and love kicking it wit cha MG. Plus I got a 16 year old Shiz Tzu names after Stripe on Gremlins ....so we fellow dog lovers 4 show! Stay up Brotha, & keep doing you.
“The Rock is a tourist attraction?” 👀
I feel him. I don’t care if it’s open or closed. I don’t want to see no prison interior. I refused to see my boy when he wanted to add me to the list.
RIP GOAT 🐐 Sean Connery ......
5:58 David Bowe (NOT Bowie, totally different guy) is best known from *UHF* as Bob AKA Bobbo the Clown.
This is sometimes called a Secret Bond movie. Connery as aging imprisoned Bond that kept his secrets.
