@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks Just think back to where you were before you were competent at etsy. You have a lot of viewers who want to use and benefit from that platform, but who really don't know where to start. It could be multiple videos that are relatively short, but I know that many would benefit from the information.
I'm so glad you are doing well Daniel that cut was scary, the project came out amazing very cool and the fact that you sold it so quick is right out your alley like you said. Well it seems that I will make a try to make this project, I have so many line up that I'm overwhelmed LOL
Nice job brother Daniel you brought your game for the competition. My package of broken skate board decks arrived today so watch this space entry coming in hot in week or 2 😲👍🏴
I like this caddy much better than the first one you built for the challenge! Sorry about your arm! You had some badass comments on that video! LOL You have a great following because you show any mistakes made and how to correct them and because you inspire us to up our game. I was surprised as some of your viewers were that Mrs. Viking didn't adadabaglue (CA glue) to close up your cut! LOL Take care my friend, and hope you heal fast.
Hey great work love your channel I’m new to wood working and I really enjoyed how you showed your accident with your arm. I feel safety is always over looked in the shop.
Hey !!! So happy to have you. And so humble to hear that you are enjoying the content , I feel it’s an obligation to show , mistakes , injury and then show how to fix mistakes and how to avoid injuries. You are 100% accurate when you say safety is overlooked in the shop . We all have 10 fingers , until we don’t , we all have 2 eyes until we don’t . Thank you so very much for tuning in and leaving some great feedback , you’re an absolute rock star 💫. And always remember , every master craftsman was once a beginner. And one of my favorite is , “ you don’t have to be great to start , but you have to start to be great. Looks like you’ve started your woodworking journey and I’m excited for what success will come your way. Skål 🫡
Very nice my friend! Im avout to head to the shop myself. Hopefully ill come up with the noneg to buy some nice wood soon. Thank you for everything you do...... Oh yeah its also fitting that someone that worked in a vets office was the one to stitch you up lol
I like it. My son needs to churn out some of these from all my scrap! Probably make more $ with these smalls than the occasional Big piece! Good video viking!
Nice!!! And simple to build! Inspiring as always. Hope your heals soon. Honestly I would have thought you would probably take a cut on the table saw before something like that. Sometimes you scare me a little on that table saw, but I could be the fact that I am nervous when it comes to a table saw because I had a piece kick back on me. Be careful, be safe and have a blessed 4th.
Hey man thanks for the feedback , I have 9 3/4 fingers as I’ve had a couple accidents with the table saw . It doesn’t matter that I use a table saw every day for the last 25 years , it happens to the best of us , just always remember if you’re scared of it you shouldn’t use it . That goes with any tool . However we must all show a healthy respect to every tool . Especially the table saw , that blade spins any where from 2500 - 5000 rpm which we can’t comprehend how fast and powerful that is , and how unforgiving it is to human flesh and bone. Healthy respect will give you the best chance to stay accident free . But fear will cause a devastating injury . Skål 🫡
Like I said B4 brother, if you ain't bleedin' you ain't workin'. lol sorry, I know it hurts. I smashed my thumb in the shop this morning. First blue thumbnail I've had in a long time. Keep on chooglin brother.
If she's not around and you cut yourself in the future.... Thin CA glue and string will get you "stitched" up. Wrap the wound in thread to pull it together and then liberally apply the thin CA. It's gonna get hot, but it'll stop the bleeding. Props for staying calm under stress, it's a super power.
Yeah , so here is the deal brother , I’ve grown a following and a clientele base for the last 5 years . I’ve worked very hard on creating a brand . So don’t think you aren’t worth more brother. Wood is expensive these days , glue , fasteners , time and overhead , ya gotta charge more than 20$ , you’re worth it bro !
@@Bearded-Viking-WoodWorks thanks for the encouragement. I'm just an old retired guy with a hobby that pays for itself. I have a blast building and finishing projects. Right now I'm about 2/3 done with a candy cart thing for our preachers wife.
You realize that you’re the only one on here that acts the way you do , watch the videos front to end and you will see. You’re only commenting on the videos that don’t have the receipts , find the right videos but I’m not going out of my way to prove shit to you
I'm glad your cut is healing. There are so many things that can hurt us in our shops. Why have you taken videos like this and made them where you now have to pay for them them? Specially speaking of your trellis video. I saved it to favorites but now I have to pay $1.99 to view it? I understand the need to make money, but honestly don't feel this is the right direction. I was really sad to see you go that way. I understand paying for videos that are more in-depth, special content, etc. I hope it works out for you.
Thanks so much , I have paying members , I have videos for everyone and videos for paying members , 1.99$ doesn’t give you access to just 1 video , it gives access to many members only videos and other perks as in members only chat , members only zoom calls and more . So I think 1.99$ a month for unlimited access to my extended content is actually the most fair price with any woodworking channel . Sorry you feel this way.
If the video was good enough for you to watch, then it was good enough for you to LIKE. 462 views and only 122 LIKES? We can do better!
Agreed!
Try 1800 now and only 326😮
good content
Views does not = watched the whole thing. A view is anything over 30’seconds.
I had 11000 views and 187 likes😅
A good reminder to keep a first aid kit in your shop. Great build!

Glad to see you still rolling. My wife says your wife is ROCKSTAR 4 hand stitching

Would love to see a video or even a series of videos about setting up an etsy shop. All the ins and outs, how to do it properly. Make it happen!
I’ll think on it , that’ll be a pretty boring video but I’m willing to do it
