We had a home built by Arthur Rutenberg in an Orlando suburb. The quality was exceptional and the few minor things that came to our attention were repaired immediately. I'd definitely consider another one if we were looking to move again.

I think this home would be even more gorgeous if it had the contemporary modern finish instead of the farmhouse decor. Still lovely though.

Make the scullery larger, even if it means that the laundry room is smaller. I like all the storage in the scullery, but it needs more prep area if it's going to be used by caterers, etc.
