Am a retiree now but was staying at Pantai Hill park 2 decades ago.Am astonished at the way things have progressed esp.reflecting those times I took the Kerinchi LRT..not covered or linked. Wouldn't mind moving back this area but prices have risen way too high. Any studio units less than RM300k ? 😅 Sub sale? Keep up the good job as I also enjoy walking.👍👍🤗

Yes, this area has changed so much but I liked how Kg Kerinchi is still there making it a very special area to explore, mixture of new buildings and the old ones. I don't think there is a studio unit lesser than Rm300k unfortunately. Likewise, you should drop by sometime in the evening during weekends for a walk!

Love the covered walkway. However, is there an opening or closing time for all the covered walkways in bangsar south? Important, Especially if someone takes the last LRT for example.

Indeed it is further away compared to Novum Southlink and Nexus area, but its linked to a LRT station which then make it attractive for a lot of people. Thanks for watching fluritho!

Wow congrats Meca! So we are future neigbours then hahah! LR location is much more serene and safer compared to Southlink and Novum where its not linked to the office. Aside from the typical "LRT will increase rental demand" point, safety is something that not many people look at and it cannot be quantified on paper. I believe when you did the site visit for LR, you would feel much better, serene and less hectic compared to Southlink and Novum. And that also justifies why the rental of Goodwood is so high too! Thanks for the sub Meca, it really keeps a newbie like me in content creation moving forward!

@@dylannganit will be the Pantai Permai Station near to the low cost flats but the developer are trying to call for relocation to the area in your video (next to Nexus).

@@areboo8685 Ahhh ok, from what I know its gonna be at the empty land beside LR which has an MRT station stop there and above it would be a mixed deveolopment concept. Well, everything is still in speculation but can start preparing bullets soon haha
