The editing on these is great! Really shows how the whole run is done in a clear and efficient way. And even throws in a ton of funny jokes on top of that. Like, ones that actually make me laugh. Being able to do that with just text is really hard to do in my opinion, and it’s done so well here. I also like how he does those sort of “plot twist moments” where he makes it seem like the run is gonna end, but then he shows how he actually went and did something else prior to obtain something that will allow him to get past that challenge, rather than just showing what he did in order. Makes things a lot more interesting/fun. Still not even halfway done but great video man! I’ll definitely check out some other vids after this one
P.S: I thought the part where he edited the bottom text on the renalla fight was super amusing. Didn’t even realize it was edited for a second until it said “And Tell Radagon to send child support” 😂

There's people who defeat the hardest bosses in the game without taking a single hit. Great merit on it's own... But absolutely nothing compared to a man who defeats the whole game without giving a single step. Bravo!
The "No Walking" challenges keep turning out awesome, DS3 is one of my favorites on the channel and Skyrim a close second. This one is already really good too about halfway in!
I can only explain the way I enjoyed this video by saying it's the kind of satisfaction I always hope for when watching a "[insert obscure weapon]-only" run or a randomizer run. I always hope for players to go through the game using every aspect of it, discovering new things or having to push the physics/mechanics to their limit to achieve a goal. Usually those videos start out pretty fun but eventually the build is finished, the character becomes overpowered and from there on it's the same old steamroll. This video was interesting from start to finish, with every new problem being met with increasingly ridiculous solutions. A true masterpiece.

16:36 Normally you could instead have gotten the Guest Hall site of grace and warped from there. Even though the door is closed from this side, one can just jump across on the side. But perhaps Loretta's Slash wouldn't have had enough distance?

did you just say....motivation?
@Ryōshimonogatari look at his pfp and name
W vid got me back into elden ring
Truly, every video a Masterpiece. The strats, the dialogue memes, the music... One of the best challenge content creators of all time.
You're editing is on a whole other level mate. Love your content!!
your*
As always, thanks for listing the music and glitches used. Incredible job on the run and the video. Always inspired by your editing.
I've been watching all your Elden Ring vids now that i've finally played it myself, gotta say I always love your music choices. Also amazing how many things I missed when I thought I was being too thorough in my exploration lol
these videos are always so great. i love the moments where all hopes seems to be lost and then you pull out some crazy solution from a hat. its like im being edged for an hour. well done once again!
ps. that tree parkour segment was incredible.
The music picks for his videos is so fantastic! Really love the Stardust crusaders Remix that's in a couple of his videos now, the timing of him losing to then coming out on top when it switches to jotaros theme is amazing. Keep it up king!
I've never seen a man climb a tree without the use of his legs. Very impressive.
That hour just flew over my house. You’re a solid act man, congrats on another WR, awesome play
There's always so much to love about these videos, from the comedy, to the skill, and even to the interesting work arounds for no walking runs specifically
40:10 by far the funniest thing, just knocking over Tanith's table and she just throws hands with you
The use of the Maori theme at 47:30 is so wildly appropriate and inspiring. The vocals make it seem like the internet itself is cheering for him to find a solution
ymfah my friend, you have good music taste. I vibed for the whole first four minutes at the brazilian theme.
i was just thinking about this yesterday, i was watching your other videos for the 10th time (i like them) and i was like "i wonder if ymfah will do a no walk run, the games way too big for that tho"
you go thru all the pain and effort for these videos and i love you for it :)
The production quality of your videos is insanely good. The editing, the music, everything is just so smooth and polished. Not to mention your skill in the soulsbornekiroring series is on another level entirely. I hope you never stop doing what you're doing!
The changes to the subtitle are some of my favorite jokes. I just want you to know i see them and appreciate them.
Oh my god, I laughed way too much at 14:40 - the comedic timing and the overly intense sound were too perfect.
Literally anyone: “It’s impossible to-“
Ymfah: “I’m gonna stop you right there.”
ymfah literally makes some of the best content in UA-cam's entire history
I'm a paraplegic since I took two arrows to both my knees and this video was greatly inspiring, thank you
Ymfah’s videos never fail to amaze me. The glitches used to get around problems, the absolute determination and dedication to the challenges. Truly amazing and thank you for another great article of a video
This was an experience as always - your editing style and use of humour is always great and the fact you link every song and glitch used in the desc is just wonderful.
Thank you!
Ymfah once again proofing that he can do anything in soul games, without breaking a sweat.
Not sweat, just tears
Proving
The sound design and music for this video has me in stitches, 10/10 effort ymfah, this vid goes hard haha
The Man who comes when people need him the most. Thanks man, you saved my day.
ymfah i just wanted to thank you. i discovered your channel in my recommendations about 2 years ago even though at that point id never consumed any soulsborne content, i didnt know ANYTHING about the respective franchises.
you are the reason i brought elden ring on release, the reason im currently on NG+4 and are the reason i joined the soulsborne world. ⭐
you never cease to impress dude, both in challenge but also in production value. insane. so good!
cease
Seizeless discharge lmao
Im seizing!!! 😫😫😫
I really love your vids man! The content, the challenges, the edits, the music, the effects, the memes, the plot twists. Everything is so unique! I really hope you continue deliver us this kind of amazing content!!
There's people who defeat the hardest bosses in the game without taking a single hit. Great merit on it's own...
But absolutely nothing compared to a man who defeats the whole game without giving a single step. Bravo!
Absolutely legendary. The DLC coming eventually can only make even more incredible content possible.
I am hoping for more parcour trees!
it’s gonna be a WHILE on that one tho.
37:00-39:22 Yet another proof that this man is a GOD of editing
59:30 How he sync the beat with the quickstep, OMG, really had me replay this part multiple time
Pls, do you know what music he used?
@@kalopsitaunderground3163 Zvyozdnoe Leto
speaking as someone from New Zealand, it's usually pretty rare to hear music from my country in media from outside it. So seeing that Leyndell Ladder Skip and hearing that rendition of Pokarekare Ana was fucking amazing
With all do respect, you're insane. Like, downright mad. And god I love you for it
hey man, just wanted u to know that you including a powerwolf song in one of your skyrim videos resulted in me being a huge fan of them for years now, and a couple weeks ago they played in the us for the first time and i was at that concert and it was the greatest time of my life. so weirdly i owe it to you for showing me one of my favorite bands
16:36 Normally you could instead have gotten the Guest Hall site of grace and warped from there. Even though the door is closed from this side, one can just jump across on the side. But perhaps Loretta's Slash wouldn't have had enough distance?
needed the grace for the duo anyways
Congrats on the achievement ymfah! Getting up the tree was completely wild, as was the bridge skip near the end. THAT had me cackling when that happened.
Wasn't expecting a haka but great video as always mate hope to see plenty more in the future
The depth of knowledge you have to get around any and all obstacles in these games is just insane.
That and your comedic timing is *chefs kiss*
Love ya work
Bringing back memories of the early glitch hunting moments, when someone was trying to find a way to get down the ladder behind Loretta in the Haligtree for their attempt at a no-left-stick run.
Now to see if ymfah gets down that ladder or not 🍿
~ 23:00 I wonder if another route using Radahn -> Nokron -> Mimic Tear -> Gargoyles -> Fia's Teleporter would be possible
~ 38:00 Bravo on shaded castle ladder skip, very resourceful, very impressive
The Gargoyle and FIA teleporter sends you just after Draconic tree Sentinel, you still need to do Leyndell.
I like how he does this in a tutorial format explaining everything as if any of us will do this to themselves aswell haha good one
thats the ymfah way, so we can pretend to walk in his footsteps
I followed the +12 before vicar video
I followed the +12 before vicar video
While I likely won't do this one, I've followed some of the challenge runs before
the music in this video was already incredibly random and somehow still perfectly fitting and well placed but i never would have expected to hear waltzing matilda as background music in one of these kinds of videos and have it work so well so props mate
