Just found this awesome video. I have a 2 door Jeep, and am planning a 4 week road trip to Moab>Rubicon (from PA). I'm working on my storage/fridge setup in the cargo area, would love to see the inside of the Jeep! I'm looking for shocks, will check out the Falcon adjustable kit. Thanks!

Yep! Just the leveling kit! Like Robert said, aftermarket fender flares give a lot more room for activities. Plus, low center of gravity kinda builds like this allow for a lot more stability on the road and trail when loaded up! -Zach
Removing the stock fender and installing the BFG KM2 MT gave me great clearance and lift but I wanted more. This is my baby so I like to keep her in the garage and liftin more would be to tight with roof rack , ten etc...

@@Whiteandsonsgarage I know the lod rear bumper is over 2k, rack is 800, winch is 600, shocks are around 1200 (I believes so) . Probably over 6k for total.

@@treadsandtails4402 you never know when a trail might have a steep washout, or a fallen rock. Building a Overland rig with plenty of ground clearance will come in handy down the road. I don't think building a efficient overland/rock crawling rig with 40's and 1 ton axles can be done well tho. You're gonna lose a lot of fuel range. But to each his own.
turned a 2 door jk into a 10,000 lb slug. how do I know? i mistakenly did the same thing to my 2011 JK. A good overland jeep will be like a light backpack. Take only what u need.
Smittybuilt. Wanted HD steel not plastic. I also wanted different and thats what I got. I didn't care much about looks as much as durability. I use the rear to stand on to access the roof rack. Ugmo yes (Butt yeah lol
Bought a grand Cherokee overland got rid of that pile and better happy ever since FYI it’s wasn’t worth shit either because no wants something like that

Hats off Extreme Terrain, good folks.
This is so good. Sounds like he is going to have a awesome trip
Thx for the comment .. pix chase us ua-cam.com/channels/Nv3.html...

Ryan needs to do his new jeep and join the trek!
I invited him. Hopefully he can join in our next years trip
With that roof rack on, can you still slide the panels out from under it?
Yes... it takes a lil finageling however its pretty dang ez ..chase our adventure this July. subscribe plz , thx ua-cam.com/channels/Nv3.html...
What gear ratio was paired with those 35's? Would love a similar LCoG setup - but I think they'd be a bit much for the 3.73 I've got on the JKUS.
Should’ve done an AEV 2.5 kit. Perfect all around kit for what he’s doing and carry all that extra weight
AEV's 2.5 would've worked great as well! -Zach
What year is the jeep? Also, is it a Sahara, Rubicon?
14 Wheeler
Hola, So what’s the total height including the rack?
And price? What did it cost to do this mod?

What wheel and tire package was put on this build. Mostly asking to know the backspacing/offset of the rims.

The top rack system you installed, the link and description is for a jk 4 door?? What’s the deal with that?
Are you running 35s with just that spacer kit? Did I miss something? Even the kit max size is 33"
He is! That's because of his high clearance fender flares. If he did not have those though, the max tire you would be able to fit is a 33. -Zach
The 35’ km2 M/T worked great!
Is there going to be a cage/rack for JL 2 dr? Can't find a good one anywhere...
Gobi
This is awesome! What will be the estimated cost of these upgrades? Thanks.
a ton of the parts here they dont sell anymore but for what they do sell it was $5426
Does this only have the 1.5 inch leveling kit? The way it looks with the 35s seems like a larger lift.
It had after market flares

Why didn't you relocate the emissions Co2 to the rear away from rocks??
Any idea anyone how much it may cost to build a similar one?

its bad ass... love the whole set up but that is the foundation
Gear ratio?
What was the total cost??

@@Whiteandsonsgarage what model jeep do you have? Jk parts are generally pricey, a similar LoD or garvin bumper is way cheaper for a TJ or YJ
Spacers for an off-road build..? I understand cost efficiencies but imagine what happens when they break

Those rock sliders hang really low. They shouldn't hinder your ground clearance. Bad design.
we are not crawling but I did not even think about that ...good observation. Ill be checking the clearance today in the shop
