    Ingredients:
    For the dough:
    2 cups wheat flour flour (genhu ka aata)
    1/2 cup finesemolina (sooji)
    1/4 cup oil

    Salt to taste
    Water (as required for kneading)

    2 green chillies (hari mirch)
    1tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
    1tsp black pepper (kali mirch)
    1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
    1tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
    1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    1 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp Chaat masala
    1tsp kashmiri red chili powder
    Dried mango powder (amchoor powder)
    Salt to taste
    1 tsp powdered sugar(optional)
