Game Description:
Resident Evil Outbreak is a survival horror video game with online playability for the PlayStation 2. Initially released in 2003, it was developed by Capcom Production Studio 1 and was the first entry in the Resident Evil video game series to feature cooperative gameplay and online multiplayer support, although online support was not available for the PAL versions of the game.
Outbreak depicts a series of episodic storylines in a zombie-inhabited Raccoon City. Players control eight characters with unique abilities. It was set during the same general time period as Resident Evil 2 and 3. Outbreak was followed by a standalone expansion entitled Resident Evil Outbreak: File #2. The game was praised for the graphics, fun-factor, and multiplayer but criticized for the lack of voice chat.
The controls and gameplay are similar to the Resident Evil remake, which was exclusive to the Nintendo GameCube, with quite a few adjustments. The player chooses a scenario, difficulty level, and character selection screen. The difficulty level is tied to what enemies and items the player encounters while progressing through the scenario. The game has five scenarios, each of which has an event checklist consisting of special actions that the player must perform to reach 100% completion. Upon doing so the player will unlock "Infinity Mode", in which all the player's weapons never break or run out of ammunition.
Each scenario also has "SP" items. These are invisible items hidden throughout the level and are randomly generated on two paths. There are 20 scenario items for each scenario, and twenty items specific to each character hidden across the five scenarios. If acquired, these items unlock new costumes and the option to listen to their ad-libs.
Players were able to connect to the internet servers using a broadband connection and a network adapter. Account registration and login were required. Once players connected and logged in, they would choose between Free Mode and Scenario Mode. Free Mode took place in a lobby and allowed players to create their own games, scenarios, and difficulty level. Scenario Mode would choose the scenario and players automatically. When a player first started online, the game would begin on the "Outbreak" scenario and progress from there. If players wished to stop playing, they could save their data and restart from the scenario they were up to at the time. If players had beaten a scenario, they acquired a star next to their names.
Capcom shut down the American servers for Outbreak on December 31, 2007, and the Japanese servers on June 30, 2011, ending official online capabilities. - Ігри

It wasn't until editing that I got to see how everyone gets a different little personal moment in the opening cutscene.

David starts off with a pouch where he can craft weapons and fix broken weapons, he also has a built in knife like Kevin with the gun. Davids dodge throws wrench's at zombies to stun them. Yoko has a dodge where she can fast crawl avoiding zombies, Kevin's is where he can kick zombies that get to close and Marks is to block zombie attacks. Jim can jump on the floor and play dead which is funny bc he says "goodnight" while doing it, George can dodge attack zombies, Cindy can dodge before a zombie can attack and Alyssa can dodge moving back. I would suggest bringing Cindy, she starts off with 3 green, 3 red and 3 blue hurbs.

Georges dodge tackle isn’t a dodge tackle. Hold it down to charge and release to do high damage and knock down enemies.

You forgot Kevin and Alyssa can also potshot with handguns, making them way more powerful. Most people don't utilize it for some reason but spam fire and waste bullets.

Outbreak is so unique in it's premise. Unique characters in a zombie/monster outbreak. Different levels, levels with unique connections to certain characters, difficulty settings that affected items and enemies, unlockable characters and outfits, cutscenes for each character, voice lines, weapon degradation. I feel it would get too influenced by Resistance nowadays ruining some of it's charm.

*How* are they not trying stuff like "X to pick up items"? or "Square is cancel" That's just common sense, it was either gonna be like X or O, why not just try pressing some buttons?
Now they're attacking the ceiling by aiming up and forgot how to run again... It's like none of these guys have ever played a videogame before in their lives.

in what game is X (playstation square) ever cancel? it's always the attack button.
cancel is always A or B in old games and in new games it's even Y sometimes.
@@amitbar5691 Why did you automatically assume I was referring to an Xbox controller when talking about a playstation game? Anyway my point was that they should try pressing some buttons to figure it out. Who gets trapped in a menu?
It's a gimmick a lot of streamers use. I've even seen some streamers replay the same game a couple of years later and act like it's their first time. Or streamers who love a horror series or any, that they play religiously, and act clueless in later videos. Girl Gamer Gab does it. She was so intelligent and smart in her earlier videos and in her later, newer ones, completely clueless and acting dumb. Even Tomato is guilty of it.
You could've tackled the door (which takes longer) if you can't find the key in the first level.

What happened to the end? It got cut off from original stream when they made the tanker blow up.
As we said in the video, we had to quit and restart because the game bugged out.
The session was multiple hours long and this is just the first part.
