- Today I'm introducing a new segment and playlist to the channel call Bmx shorts tips & tricks. This is a series that is a condensed version of your average how to video. Good deal! First time I have heard to pinch the cranks....most people say to scoop the pedals which is awkward for me. My hops are still pretty low, so I love to hear of anything that might help. I’ll try that- thanks Mike!

I was 12 when I learned how to bunny hop , I tried it up on to a Monster of a curb like 2 foot by 15 I could hop up into the back of my dads Ford F-150 with the tailgate down , its a very useful move when it comes to tricks , ramps , & getting chased by cops on mountain bikes , most cops don’t know how to bunny hop a Mountain bike so it’s cool to see them fail miserably & by the way I wasn’t breaking any laws it was a friendly game of chase thru down town Cincinnati with me & 5 of my friends VS 2 cops on bikes fun times .

I rode BMX in shorts....... I actually had 2 pair of Levi BMX shorts and I loved them.
I can't wait till you get everything for the longest manual you did. I see the battle of the brand's the longest one they had that I had seen was from fiend but he hill bomb and did it. Thanks for the video and now I can't wait for winter for the older stuff you re did for us to see.

how high you can bunnyhop now ?
@@omzxa8415 Hi, that little bmx was taking its toll on me. I'm 51. I practiced a few weeks and was able to get about a curb height. I was afraid if I jumped too high I my get hurt. Similar results when I tried skateboarding and ollieing. Anyway, I'll leave it to the younger guys or the older guys that can hang. Kevin

Can you go into detail on the pinching are you slightly turning your feet or is it you put your feet downward towards the ground to form the pinch

Can anyone tell me how the hell u pinch ur cranks? I wanna learn stuff like bars, and no handers and stuff but I dunno how to pinch. All the tricks i done so far involves at least 1 hand on the bars. Thanks!
