The Church belongs to a Pastor. I dont see the hullabaloo in this. No one is saying the Pastor actually owns owns it
Clearly we all smart enough to know it belongs to God and God has handed it to the pastor to be the administrator. So that statement the pastor owns it shouldnt even be up for debate.

Hi Grace... clearly you are very offended and that was never my point. Yes your title and opening statement does give wrong implications...please go back and listen to yourself " this place belongs to a Pastor ... that's should be interesting"... what really were you implying?... we are all aware of how ppl try to paint pastors in the wrong light and your comment implied just that. Look at the direction a lot of the comments were going? Ppl do draw conclusions immediately because of the way you titled your video and because of your opening statement... you can try to deny that but it is what it is. I initially wasn't going to comment but after reading some of your responses to some of the comments I realized that you really did want to plant a negative idea in ppla minds. No God does not own the land but he created it. And yes the church bought the land ( with church funds)... so I still stand by my point that it does not belong to the pastor. He is the custodian but he does not own it. Yes he used church funds for the church.. but the property is not his...it's for the church. And yes other pastors use church funds for their own selfish purposes ( a proven fact in our Ghanaian community). By stating that it belongs to a pastor you imply that's he is using church funds for himself and that's why I made my initial statement that's it's for the Lord....it doesn't contradict my point in anyway. It is not the Pastors property and it will never be... the church owns the property... the church belongs to God therefore the Lord owns the property. Like you mention there are no land for sale or rent? Sorry if I'm mistaking, but could you look further into things to do there, how to get there how long it to take from the Airport. Beside UA-cam what do you do. I'm a new person on hear! Do they have an information desk to call. The place is very nice, I'm planning to come next year or so for visit first. I'm making my list and going to places and other sites doing my research. But the videos y'all do is also a great way to get an idea of what Ghana is looks like.
Excuse me to say I've seen companies kinda Photoshop pictures and COMPLETLY edit their site to attract people. However when you go there yourself its like or nothing like they advertised on there site, in the flyer, or on there personal videos ect...
Also looking for a place to buy land, build and buy dream house in a few area as well as. I'm looking and doing research on what business to start in Ghana or what careers here where I am will be of good use back home. So I attend courses and trainings to be well equipped when coming there.
I'll definitely be going back and forth from there to the states. However if I've seen if I plan myself well well Life would be reasonable (Life ain't easy I'm a hard worker and am not looking for a easy life) and I can enjoy myself and get the best of both worlds!
Also do you know of great places for foreniers coming first hand to buy or rent. Where functional and important places are, not necessarily tourist, expant places or the most posh expensive places are . But places that have access to good roads, light, drainage,trash,WHERE RUNNING WATER, LIGHT/ELECTRICITY ARE CONSTANT WITH NON TO VERY LIMITED TURN OFFS/ INTERRUPTIONS. Where markets are near, shopping centers, places of worship is. Also where hospitals and clinics in case of anything. Where we wouldn't have to walk or drive for miles to find things and RISK the chance of getting lost, And God forbid Stolen from, Kidnapped ect... Lastly where the roads are paved again and there is easy acess going to and from the places for starters.
NOT a party person so no where to close to where, their up and parting all night. 🤣🤣🤣. Some miles away from that would be nice.
I also love Art, fashion peorty ECT are. I'm more of an Intellectual fun goer. I love going to places that Captivate The mind. Where when you leave you fell changed, moved touched motivated intellectually, spiritually physically emotionally ect...
I do also love to go out and have fun at a concert and come home happy and pumped for no real reason don't get me wrong once in a while while

Prampram is like a really cool peaceful area. No robbery’s, constant electricity and water because it’s just a small town but it’s developing really quickly because Central University In also in prampram/miotso...
Lands aren’t that expensive here but Prampram land owners are scared that all their land would be taken by people who don’t come from Prampram so they are reluctant into selling but if you know someone who is from Prampram then he or she can easily help you get a land.
The price of land in Prampram is waaayyyy cheaper than one in Accra or East Legon or even kasoa...
An expensive residential place to live in Ghana would be East Legon.
Prampram is really quite with the sound of births and fresh air to awake to. The only trouble is it has no market and it is about 1hour 45mins by bus to Accra.
No loud music. No trouble. Just everyone minding their business.
For Potters City I don’t think they have land or houses or rooms for sale or rent but I am going to get you their number so you can proceed with further enquires if that’s what you want... They might be able to connect you to someone who sells land in Prampram.
I’d suggest you don’t make any payment of any kind to anyone till you’ve seen Prampram, you like the land and all documents have been drafted properly... For if you aren’t careful in Ghana 1plot can be sold to 2 or 3 people... so just be careful.
