Everything is correct but except that one point where you mentioned we are not able to reach tsmc level within 20 years. Because already Tata via government had a contact with tsmc to send 100-500 talent people to gain this knowledge to build 7nm chip in India and tsmc is also confirmed this visit. So it will take us 5-7 years to reach that level
