Auto tools has a toggle option in the settings that will change your tools automatically without you needing to stop clicking. It's instant so it feels like you have a tool that works on everything. Just turn on toggle press alt an it will do everything. Then alt can toggle it back off incase you want to use silk touch or something on a specific tool

(However Auto Elytra can be seen as cheating in some servers) As for mods that are available on fabric: AutoTools, Anvil Restoration, Armor Bonuses, Auto Elytra, Campfire Spawn/Tweaks, Cooked Carrots, Custom Crosshairs, Dark Smelting, Early to Bed, Fire arrows ignite, Full Grown Crop Marker, Gilded Armor, Grindstone Sharper Tools, Healing Campfire, Netherite Horse Armor, No Hostiles around Campfire, Quick Paths, Recast, Snowballs freeze mobs, Thorny bush protection, Wooled Boots.
