Ben Johnson is a flake. Last year he got exposed as a head coaching fraud. He wanted the Washington job but didn’t like that he had to earn it and actually have a plan for his coaching staff and culture. Once he realized he bombed the interview he ran back to the comfort of Detroit and “coordinate” the most talented offense in the nfl. Do not rubber stamp this guy. Interview him and see if he’s actually learned what it means to be a head coach. Thank goodness Adam Peters didn’t settle for the “hot name” and actually looked for a real head coach. One with connections and the ability to put together a great staff.

Leftwhich recently to the Atlantic : “I never turned down that job because they never offered it. There were a lot of stories out there and I never spoke on it, but I never turned it down.” While the story in 2022 was that Leftwich took himself out of the running for the Jaguars job, he has now cleared up that the opposite was true. He wanted the job; he just didn't get it. And now, the Jaguars are likely set to look for yet another head coach
The 2017 Eagles were the definition of "team effort" and a sum far greater than their parts. It was awesome. Pederson, BDN, and Frank Reich all played crucial roles in getting that super bowl. And then they all burned out. It was kind of a fluke. Still, I never thought Pederson would repeatedly field teams this bad.
This wasn’t all on Doug Peterson this roster just plain ain’t good enough to win when you have bad ownership it trickles down to bad decisions and bad hires from general manager and to coach and what’s even more baffling, is that people crowned Trevor Lawrence a generational talent but this dude went to a really bad situation with the Jaguars that he may be yet another first round quarterback bus unless he gets the hell out of there in a couple of years
Correct. My current theory is that he has been *trying* to get fired because WOW the '23 draft was a stinker, again. He realized it was a losing battle. If McDonald wasn't already there I think Seattle would be a great location for him. As it is he *_might_* be able to fix the Raiders too. So long as he isn't allowed to bring Press Taylor with him.

They gotta fire the GM. They don't have a choice. There are 10 franchises plotting on Ben and Trent would have to be fired before he comes in. Lol @ the Tony Khan reference, but i think it shows that the mismanagement apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

But there's no excusing Press Taylor.
I’m a diehard Jags fan and you are spot on with your analysis. You did you research. Great content
25 wins as a gm. Doug got him 22 of them 🤦 I would've rather kept Doug and fired Trent
Doug would have had much more wins if Press Taylor wasn’t calling plays
They both should've been fired, NO DOUBT
I remember the feud between Baalke and harbough with the 49ers when they fired harbough
As bad as this franchise is, I think this would be a good move for Ben Johnson. He might be able to turn this around
Doubt he's coming with Trent in the building 🤦
No ben Johnson need to stay where he is.
Ben Johnson sucks he has the best roster and Dan cambell stop

Doug should’ve been calling plays. We didn’t get the Philly version of Doug idk wtf he was doing.

Trent Baalke constantly clashing with head coaches and that’s what make Jacksonville unattractive.

I love all the facts he spit...
Agreed…..
Press Taylor single handily destroyed the jaguars worst oc in nfl history
You nailed it. Keeping Trent is CRAAAZY
Baalke is a horrible GM after he left the Niners they almost completely gutted the entire roster i feel bad for Jaguar fans.

Wrong they would have won 12 games if press Taylor didn’t call plays
@@DannyMiller-e7l bro they’re not winning 12 games. Their roster just isn’t good.
It seems like the Khans are SO EXCITED AND THEY JUST CAN'T HIDE IT.
Look what they're doing with AEW 😂😂😂😂😂
They waiting on that nice stadium rebuild to be completed
I love it you keep spitting facts.
The only reason they kept Trent because the year BTJ had was amazing with or without Lawrence on the field
I honestly don’t think we get Ben Johnson.New England are the front runners for Mike Vrabel
The Byron leftwhich thing was a lie he wasn’t even considered or called
Byron Leftwhich stuff is NOT true...he just did an interview and said he was never offered the job....
I see Jacksonville hiring Vrabel or Ben Johnson I like Johnson better then Vrabel

Tony Khan 😂😂😂😂 the same guy running AEW
Dougie p at least made it thru the season. Many felt he should've been fired sooner than that.
TL is mid tbh. Will they move on from him ? Even after the bag look what atl did with Kirk/Penix
What are you smoking saying that Trevor Lawrence is a good QB? Is it bath salt? K2? Please get some help. May Jesus Christ the Saviour save you.
Hahaha when he said Justin Fields 😅. I like him but cmon bro
Ben Johnson looking like 👀👀 in a weak afc south to Mhh
I can see the jags trading there draft capital for tomlin
