Blackpink's "The Album" is finally here and I was so excited to film this reaction for all of you Blackpink fans. The Album is Blackpink's first full album. Do you guys think the album was worth the 4 year wait? My reaction to Blackpink's "The Album" is real and honest. I think crazy over you is a song that takes more than one listen, because at first I liked it because obviously it’s Blackpink, but after repeating it constantly it just became one of my favs.

And then it clicked!!
Crazy Over You was never meant to be radioplay friendly but it's weird and experimental like Like a slave~~ once you get the possible inspiration then you'll appreciate the song more

They did albums before, but this is their first full album lol. But you can still consider it a mini one cause it has just 8 tracks but oh well..

@@torimose6606 4 or 5👁👄👁. You still don't know some things, in other years they weren't that active as this year.
People complained about this album not having enough tracks for a full album, but they said that they're focused on doing great music, rather then just doing too much and not that great. But we waited 1 year and 2 months for a comeback when they realeased How you like that and I don't know how more for the album, so of course we wanted 10-15 songs in it, but Oh well👀
The had 2 ep with 4 songs, but this is their first full album with 8 songs

2016 they released 2 debut singles and then months later, another 2 singles.
2017 they were on hiatus and basically just released 1 single.
2018 they released an EP w/ 4 songs a solo song for jennie and a collab w/ dua lipa
2019 they released another EP w/ 4 songs and a remix.
2020 THE ALBUM 8 songs plus lady gaga collab.
And Rosé’s solo maybe on December👀

This is the earliest I’ve ever been. Personally, I really loved you never know cause of the deeper meaning and because it felt like a sequel to stay (an earlier song). I was also left wanting a but more with crazy over you tbh. I loved your reaction, thank you. Do you have any plans for what you’re planning on reacting too next?
Thank you! I made a reaction video to Stay, but never posted it. I do see the similarities though and really like to hear the more stripped down side of BP. I’m working on a boy band reaction next 💕

Pretty savage is just that song in my opinion. So many people said that this needed to be the title track and I agree.I bet you will like it.
I think they made a good choice with How You Like That. It’s safer IMO

1) Stay(has an mv)
2) Hope not(is b-side so no mv)
3) Don’t know what to do( has a dance practice but no mv)

I hope you reacted to Pretty Savage's audio too in addition to the live performance because when they performed it they censored some of the lyrics to adhere to Korean broadcasting rules.

actually, blackpink released two mini albums. Square Up (where ddu du ddu du is the title track) and Kill This Love (ktl is the title track) and all the side tracks are really good as well! i hope you can check em out too!

Can you do a reaction to seventeen? There are 13 members, it might be overwhelming for others but if you try to love them, they will satisfy your ears. Their name is Seventeen because they are supposed to debut with 17 members but others leave the company before debut so now they are 13 members plus 3 teams which are hiphop l, vocal and performance teams and 1 fandom or 1 group equals Seventeen.

facts, Crazy Over You was perfect. The word play, the lyrics, the metaphor on that shit was bomb, until the chorus kicked in. i just dont get it what they meant "Like eee" for me its just a random sound to fill the hollow of the chorus. But shits still enjoyable tho. Still love that song dont get me wrong.

I feel like whoever wrote their songs for this album's main target were their american fans. Music about s*x/ related topics are so popular here(unfortunately), a lot of these songs are definitely suited for the american crowd.
If you think about sex maybe it's your personal opinion, I respect that but what I think is the message of their album is about *the relationship* (it's not always correlated with sex), *bullying* (lately is very common because now is socmed era, people easily bullying or dissing each other), *empowering and strengthen to passing the obstacles or hard times and be yourself* (for ex. Lisa rapping born skinny bitch whatever she eat a lot I'm still skinny so what, and she heard a lot what the thing that she's not etc)
