I still love my LV reverse monogram LYXBAG clutch! It's versatile, fits a variety of items, and is definitely a workhorse! I think seeing it everywhere (like the LV speedy) is proof that it's already a classic.
Yes the color of the kislux is beautiful and it is a great decision, maybe one day they will add feet and straps. It would be nice to have a bigger bag during the colder months when we have to store gloves, beanies, scarves, etc…
I love your videos. You inspired me to get my Beis carryon. The Nordstrom anniversary sale had it for a lower price than the Beis site. Unfortunately my trip is canceled now. But I have it for future trips.
This company sucks. I had a weekender bag that had the top tear after my first attempt to use it. Company has no customer service support, only email that they don’t respond to emails
They have chat mon-fri to speak with live agent and you don’t have to wait for customer service you can actually log into account and report the issue directly through return/exchange page and enter your order number and follow process for reporting the damage and issue. I have had great service using those routes. Hope that helps.

😮oh no! That stinks!! I’ve emailed customer service before and they got back to me. That sucks you didn’t get a response 🥴
I have e-mail them 3 Times - always gotten a reply within 48 hours. My weekender Broke (bellboy broke it) - I got a new one
