From what is available in the market today, nothing beats HIDs in projectors. The next best option is to upgrade to 100/90 bulbs with a good relay-wiring kit. The overall cost is also much lower.
H4 Philip racing vision are better OR H4 90/100 ?

Sir in my Hyundai eon it's stick bulbs 60w I want to upgrade to 100 w can we plug and play without delay kit.
Bro, relay kit is mandatory as the 100w bulbs use more power than the stock one's,so it's unsafe to use without upgrading as it can/will melt either the existing wiring or the bulb socket.
Hello, i installed 90/100 Osram rally with relay kit on my fiat panda 169 . I don't see much difference compared to the original 55/60 osram lamps. What do you think? Do I have to measure the voltage reaching the 90/100 watt lamps? Thanks

A 90/100W bulb won't cause the outer cover to turn yellow. I've been using 90/100W bulbs for the past six years without any issues with the battery or reflectors. However, over time, the headlight cover may not look as new as before due to vehicle aging, even if one is using stock bulbs.
@4:25 So, both filaments don't light at the same time, actually what happens in an H4 set-up is there are 2 filaments...The one which is used for low beam is capped(basically has a metal reflector cap inside the bulb housing) and the other one used for High beam is naked(placed on the Focus of the concave mirror.)
When you pull the pass lever or use High beam the current supply goes to the naked filament and that is the reason there are 3 pins on H4 bulbs(low/high & ground).
Higher power halogen bulbs are a better a better upgrade from oem bulbs as the light temperature is suitable for all weather conditions and obviously brighter as we can see here in this video.
Sir can i use them in my i20 elite ,it has projectors , will the heat damage the projectors?
If it's a projector I guess you will use different model bulbs, bits yes you can use a little higher wattage it will help. It won't affect the projector
What should be the headlight level in Tiago to use on highway
Check the manual. It has all the specs.

Bhai, I've installed Philips Rally 130/100 in my Honda amaze last year with Minda wiring kit (Relay 12v 40 amp), jab se bulb upgrade kiye hai tab se kabhi left wale bulb ki to kabhi right wale bulb ki high beam fuse ho jati hai. Pareshan ho gaye hai bulb change kar-kar ke. Total dekha jaye to bulb ki average life bahut kam hai. Ye normal hai 130/100 ke sath ya Wiring ya relay me problem ho sakti hai ya 100/90 laga le?? Please bhai suggestion de ke help kariye
No. Mine didn't get fuse even once. Try using 100/90 and see if it still fuses. Then we can check if there is an issue with relay or wiring

am still on the 100/90 works good for me. project setup will become costly.
55w HID will be best with the projector. Please try and get 4000k bulbs for all weather usage.
Hello recently I upgraded my Ford Figo Aspire stock H4 with philips 90/100 rally bulbs with philips relay wiring , I was 100% satisfied with them but last week I had a long trip at night and the response was great , but next day in the morning when I took the car for cleaning I saw that the reflectors ( Headlight assembly ) has burnt about 2 cm due to which I had to shift to my original stock bulbs.
I am not saying that these are not good but it's up to your reflectors how long can they survive.
I have clicked images also of the reflecor.

To avoid any damages to the reflector on the 100/90w setup, you have to make sure that you turn off the lights for about 10 minutes every hour when on long drives. This is a life saver!

Hi, i am unable to give my opinion on 100/130 as i have not used it. I believe the heat generation and power consumption may be a little high. As long as you have used a relay it should be fine. I would suggest to use only the low beam for city traffic and turn of the headlights when you are in bumper to bumper traffic or in a traffic signal for a long time, this might help to reduce the heat generation when the car is standing still and put little less strain on the battery. I guess there is no harm in trying.
How is 100/130?

Don't forget to use compatible relay kit while upgrading.
Does this increase the engine sound as well? Post the bulb upgrade?
When the ignition is switched on and the vehicle is idle with the headlights turned on, there will be a noticeable increase in engine noise, especially when the high beam is activated.
Your low beam looks good but the highway beam doesnt look every effective in terms of throw and brightness. I hope the relay kit and bulb you are using are originals.

Relay is required. Pls don't use without relay.

been using it for almost 2 years no such problems,
Philips rally H4 100/90 is a worst bulb in quality. I upgraded it with a relay in 2018 Swift . Within 3 months high beam fused out when I check with local wholesale saprepart shop he clearly told Philips rally 100/90 high beam will get fused out if just ran over a speed breaker.
Mostly high beam will fuse out sooner

I recently changed to Osram bulb, however am going back to Phillips Rally. they seem to be better.

Might be the reflwctors are different in ecoaports but this more for tiago
Ecosport has dual chamber lights, both low beam and high beam can work at same time in car with dual chamber lights, cars with single chamber lights only uses one at a time.
