But does that mean John Semper Jr. is back too?
Would love to see a spider-man '99 that then ties in with 2099 spidey. I'm hesitant for them to dive into the spiderverse because it was already done in the original series and in recent movies. They could take a leaf out of the edge of time game and resolve the missing MJ plot line while exploring spideys legacy
Suddenly, “Do not make me let you down” now resonates even harder now that we see how hard humanity fucked up.
“Enough.” Is on the levels of “Fall.” from Adventure Time in how powerful the actor says it and the display of power that follows it!

The implications of what Magneto did is terrifyin. Airplanes, hospitales,people i'm The sea- all The people that would have been cssualities in that moment.
It’s why Wolverine correctly states Magneto’s EMP was a declaration of war. He likely killed hundreds of thousands of people that were flying in planes at the time, and that’s not including the ground casualties when those planes crash land.
In the original comics storyline FATAL ATTRACTION, prof X says Magneto's EMP caused millions of lives, indirectly.

Magneto went to Magnetic North and either amplified his power or caused the magnetic poles to flip. Either way, it shut down power on Earth by creating a huge EMP -- a planet wide version of Cable's EMP bombs -- to shut down the Prime Sentinels.
As well as all crafts air and ground relying on electricity as well as hospitals.

I love the series so much. I just miss one person. Colossus. He left the show saying he had to sort things out back home, before he could join the X-Men.
One could assume that he had to go look for his sister. But because of Morph we already know she is Magik by now.
It would have been nice to see him help at Genosha like Strong-Guy did. Moving the heavy things and stuff.
And Iceman!
We'll see them eventually, that's for sure.
I hope we get to see the 90s marvel animated versions of hulk, ghost rider and Iron Man in future episodes

Juggernaut is just such a cool villain. His sheer unstoppableness.

I NEED a Spider-Man ‘98 show!!
I’m hoping since we’ve seen Multiple Man and Strong Guy already. That when the Professor calls for his X-Men Storm returns with Forge who brings in his former XFactor teammates like Havok and Polaris maybe even Wolfsbane. So many characters they set up in the OG series and in a few episodes of this one that could appear and things would make sense. But bringing back Havok we could finally get the reveal he’s Cyclops brother. Maybe even Apocalypse returns, we’ve seen him in the intros fighting Cable. I’d love to see ArchAngel, Iceman, and Emma Frost all return also. Magneto also waging war could have him forming a new brotherhood possibly we’ve seen Omega Red freed and Silver Samurai feeling what’s going on.
I would have liked to see Bobby. Charles spoke out to his first class. And everyone heard him but Ice Man.

Okay so assuming '97 is actually connected to the rest of the animated universe continuity, this is probably confirmation that yeah, Doom definitely didn't die in the last episode of FF, not that Reed didn't already say "I really doubt he's gone forever." Kinda annoyed they gave him an accent though, given it wasn't present the last time we saw him.
Technically, it had been stated that the animated shows were no longer linked together, except X-Men and Spider-Man. Don't know why. But that would explain the accent change 😅
@@askani21 I believe it was due to there being some decently sized continuity errors if you attempted to link them all up, hence a split between Iron Man/Hulk/Fantastic Four and Spider-Man/X-Men.

In the comics, Operation Zero Tolerance has among its recruitment tools a veteran healthcare program, which takes care of wounded/sick people and amputees for free (it's in the US, I think people there need to pay money for healthcare). So tons of people flock to their free health centers, and they treat thousands of people for months, slowly transforming them into sleeper agents. They even give back amputees the limbs they lost, thanks to their nanotechnology! Many war veterans get caught up in this scheme.
I’m not trying to be rude but can you please try and blur the spoiler in the bubble more because it ruined Spider-Man being in the episode it was still hype but please try and hide it better
