- I never had an espresso machine and I wasn’t looking to pay over a hundred bucks for one and not use it or just don’t like it. Luckily Walmart was having a sale for a Chefman espresso machine for $50 bucks so this was the perfect opportunity to test one out and bottom line is…….Starbucks will no longer get my money!

Omg thank you I couldn't figure out the froth setting i thought mine was broken lol.
The kid drive heaving in the background 😂😂😂
I was so clueless on how to use the frothing part thanks so much
You definitely need to let it preheat first, *making sure that the knob is turned completely OFF*. Let the preheat button flash until it stops flashing, then when it stops flashing, you can steam your milk. It’ll be a bit loud at first but after submerging your wand into the milk (to warm it up) it should quiet down a lot. I hope that’s helpful 🫶
I literally just got this for Christmas haven’t use it yet but thanks for showing me !! 🎉
When it comes to the steam, purge it, meaning initially take a different cup and let the water out until you see steam shut it off, put it in a cup of milk and turn it completely to the max do so until it’s too hot to touch. Immediately wipe off with a wet cloth.
@@HowlingWo1f Thanks that helps
Can someone make video how to clean it
Muchas gracias no entendía como preparar capuchino en el instructivo , gracias por compartir tu video
Thank you for this video! I just got myself one at Walmart. It was on sale for $35.00. 🎉❤
I literally bought mine a day before it went to $35. Hope you enjoy!
Was it a store or online sale?
It’s needs to preheat when you press the froth button before you turn the knob, hence why it’s still flashing “preheat” in red
@@MoombaMakai yea I had to find that out the hard way
I’m trying to figure out if I wanna do two double shots or three to make a full cup do I have to refresh the coffee every time?
Cuando pongo mi cafetera ahora en vez de marcar 25 de tiempo marca 80 y no se cómo cambiarle el tiempo 😢 ayuda por favor
Where did you get your mug from and how tall do you think it is? I’m looking for a cup because the machine vibrates too much
@@demetrisjones6560 I got the cup from pick n save and maybe like 3 1/2 inches
What my coffee taste more sour than my regular moka pot?
I picked this unit up for a whole $35 at my local Walmart :D
Anyone have tips for froth? Ive tried having the wand barely in the milk and almost all the way in the milk and i keep getting way too many bubbles. I am using cold milk. Is the control more in the knob rather than the wand?
@@amyb347 yea I notice if I turn the knob too high, milk spits everywhere. I just turn the the knob until steam just comes out and maybe a slight bit more and I don’t have a problem
Former Barista here with this exact espresso machine!
The control is really in both the person holding the cup and the knob. The instructions say to fill the cup NO MORE than half way when you’re steaming it due to the milk foaming up so much. When I steam mine, I fill my steaming pitcher half way with milk (I use soy, straight outta the fridge) and let the machine pre-heat. Once the red “pre-heat” light stops flashing, I know it’s time to steam my milk. Have a small container with a bit of water and a rag/paper towel near, you’ll need it for after. Then you can steam your milk. I make sure to have my steaming wand fully submerged in the milk before I start turning the knob, then I turn on it on low, and then on full after a few seconds. At first it’ll sound like a dying pig 😭 but then after the milk heats up a bit or you airate (meaning move the steaming pitcher down to where the tip is BARELY touching/barely sticking out of the milk so the milk can get some air and bubble more) your milk, the noise should die down after a few seconds. Hold both the handle and the side of the steaming pitcher when you’re doing it so you know how hot your milk is. Once you’re done steaming your milk and the pitcher is removed from it, take that rag and dampen it up with the water from the container, wipe off the steaming wand with the damp cloth and the other container directly beneath it, be careful, it’ll be super hot! Turn the knob all the way to let the excess water and milk out so the milk doesn’t leave residue in the wand.
I really hope this helped! Good luck!
@ super helpful thanks!
@@PeachyPrinmuchas gracias ❤

My machine doesnt give me a volume for my double shot expresso or my single shot is very small. Do you think its malfunctioned or if im doing something wront ? Im usinf expresso coffee.
I noticed if I turn my machine on and it sits for a bit, then start a shot it says “overheat” then doesn’t show the count and is less then usual. Hopefully that helped 😊.
You can change the volume in the program button on the far right. Hold it down
My machine just got it no preheat light come on am I missing something or something I'm not doing???
@@alexanderfeliciano9133just for the espresso or for the froth too?
La mía ahora pone unas letras escribir nose q es por favor
Purge your steam wand before frothing or else your gonna have water in your milk
Oh ok. But my coffee is not hot i put it in microwave to make it hot😢
@@RubelynGanirdid you let the machine preheat first?
@ Yes when i press start it say preheat but it’s not hot just kind a warm.
@@RubelynGanirdo you let the machine finish blinking the red preheat button? Like it doesn’t blink anymore at all.
@ Doens’t blink the preheat
You pissed me off going to slow, but thank you for showing me how it works
