I received a bag of coffee from this drying station for Christmas. It is amazing; nothing I have ever tasted, even fresh Kona, is like it. Chocolate, berry, spice, wonderful aroma, notably lacking in any bitterness. Wow! Hats off to all involved in making this happen.
I tried Haraz coffee recently and it's one of my favorites with a sweet, clean, strawberry flavor. It's nice to see a renewed focus on quality is also revitalizing the region so that it's profitable enough to do away with narcotic production. This video series is great, please make more.
