I wonder what happens if there’s unexpected rain coming during the process of drying? I know that there are seasons in these areas dry months happens etc. but what if?

Dry them on raised beds and under canopies which I guess would keep unexpected rain off as well as protecting them from uv rays

@@peydroreed4083 We dry them under polyhouse tunnels. some cant afford it, so they dried it on the floor of their houses or godowns (This was the state of last years harvests in India).

I only roast washed processed coffee. Don’t like natural. Not sure of Honey process.

My doctor said that roaches infest coffee and when you buy ground coffee, it is 10% ground up roaches. In med school they challenged this tested many coffees. He has not had coffee since.

If you simply purchase whole bean coffee at the grocery store, you can visually disprove your doctor. No further testing needed.

While most likely not true, just buy your own whole beans and grind them.
