video summary: remove seed from fruit, remove mucilage (annoying transparent layer surrounding seed that needs to be removed before roasting) from seed, dry seeds, bag seeds to be sent for roasting.

There’s one more step before roasting, which is to remove the husk from the seed. The husk is a beige colour - the seed prior to roasting with the husk removed is a grey/green colour

You can visit hacienda Quimiapan in Mexico and learn the process first hand. They have a hacienda you can stay in. Very interesting process

it's idiot work really, not rocket science. you aren't missing much. it's labor intensive for removing mucilage layer of seed and drying. iq of 75 enough to do this work. anyone with 100 or greater IQ would commit suicide condemned to this life.

@@u235u235u235 this video should have made you grateful & thankful that God my Heavenly Father allowed you to be born in this great country called America. @@u235u235u235 I will tell you this my friend. As you were allowed to be born, the odds are 100% sure, that you are going to die. I have told others this but it seems to apply here also. One can choose not to believe in The Law of Gravity, but if they go to the top of The Empire State Building a& jump the belief is found to be untrue. Praying for you to find Jesus as HE died on the cross to pray for a debt that we can never settle on our own. Any questions I can help you with please let me know. See you.

Great video! I'm glad that you credited your cast at the end, but I would have loved it if you included their names in the script itself! Then you could use fewer passive verb constructions, and name the producers instead of using the generic "producer." I know that this video is meant as a general overview of the washed process, not necessarily an investigation of how this specific farm processes its coffee, but I think that could still be communicated clearly while giving more credit to your stars from Finca Ecológica. :)
