    Great information. Strengthening my hamstrings and glutes/hips have been magic for my knees. I’ve had really overactive quads compounded by tight calves/ankles that was making just walking difficult for me. Now I’m almost back to playing basketball with no pain and feeling light and stable. Feels amazing.

    Keep your hands at the side of your body the whole time so that when you end up in the eccentric push up phase your hands are already naturally in place. I discovered this and think it’s more efficient.

    have a question please help me.. i have done ACL reconstruction so they took my hamstring for ACL but it didn't recovered. So how can i recover it or would it recover or not???? Please help me plz
