Nice design, but it would be easier and smoother if you would use a single centered pivot point and any of these:
- a joystick directly coupled with 2 flex cables
- 2 linear actuators driven by 2 motors
- 2 servos

That's really cool, but it looks like the pistons don't really like the geometry. I think there is one degree of freedom missing.
Try a joystick for it. :D

Three points create a plane, not four. If you used 3 cylinders in a right triangle, it would work much more smoothly.

I thought pneumatics we're quite binary - being either extended or retracted. You video makes it seem more controlled and paused at various stages of movement for each cylinder. Is that possible?

Undrar om du låter den blåa luftpumpen pumpa luft utan att använda de gula pumparna, går det då? Eller kommer kablarna gå sönder?
GAIN THE PAIN Vad jag vet, och baserat på egna erfarenheter, så är det svårt att spränga systemet. Eftersom slangarna bara är påtryckta på cylinderns port,(utan slangklämmor eller liknande) så sipprar det alltid ut lite luft hela tiden, mikroskopiskt lite luft, men ändå något. Alltså blir det svårt att fylla hela systemet med för mycket luft. Så i värsta fall så tror jag bara att slangen flyger av porten på cylindern.
