That mantra was very powerful. I had little hope this meditation would help or that I would even be able to sink into it but tried it anyways and it did help alot. Created alot of numbness and tingling in my hands. Did anyone else experience this? Similar to the feeling I have when I have panic attacks, like a stuck feeling as if that part of my body is in cement. Similar feeling but comfort alongside it rather than fear. Anyways, grateful for this one. Thanks.
Have you read 'Moving beyond trauma' by Ilene Smith? might help with feelings stuck in the body. It's been a game changer for me.
Why is there an ad in middle of meditation!! 😔
I don't downvote very many videos but I did to this one. After having my meditation interrupted midway through by ads on not one but two occasions, I've completely lost the chances of gaining any kind of relaxation or feeling of safety from this :(
UA-cam offers ad-free listening and music, meditations whatever else will be securely ad- free. Deepak cannot control those horrible ads but you can : ) best investment in my well- being I ever made Namaste

U r using dakini's energy for this it won't help in the long run... Please use holy sources..
You are referring to just one interpretation of the word dakini.
Don't forget, it holds many meanings in ancient traditions including one as a female Buddha.
Here it's referred to as the Mother Earth and her safe grounding energy. So it's holy and sacred.
